After being kicked from the pack and Beacon Hills for saving Scotts life, Stiles goes on the run. He didn’t expect to be saving a random werewolf on a Wednesday morning, or another one fifteen minutes later. Maybe there’s hope for him yet.
______“Where the fuck have you two been and what the fuck have you brought home,” She growled, eyes on Stiles.
He stumbled a little, intimidated by the display. She looked like she would actually follow through on any threat she made. Derek was a docile lamb by comparison to the energy she exuded. He challenged even Theo Fuckin Raekin, may he rot in hell, to not tuck his tail and run from a glare like that.
“Stiles!” Ethan announced, pulling Stiles up the large porch stairs to stand a couple meters from the woman.
“And what is a Stiles?” A deep, rolling voice asked from the doorway of the house. It was lilted with a british accent, and Stiles had the vague recollection about one of the twins saying something about their alpha being a brit with a stick up his ass for manners.

Derek isn't doing well on the test the Alpha Pack puts him through and Deucalion is getting bored, until he meets someone interesting in a bookstore who catches his attention.
Stiles proves to be more than simply a good distraction from his boredom though.

The Kaminoans never mentioned one teeny, tiny detail that could make life INCREDIBLY difficult for Darth Sidious, also known as Chancellor Sheev Palpatine.
Namely, the inhibitor chips wear out, breaking down faster the more they were used.
So, since he'd become rather accustomed to CC-1010 following him down to his Sith lair in the Senate whenever he wanted to give the trooper a mission, he didn't think twice about turning his back to the clone trooper and checking the reports Dooku had sent him regarding the war and the construction of his Sith empire.
Worst (and last) mistake of his life.

Fox felt like osik.
But that was the norm with him, especially after being called by a senator and used so roughly by so many aides.
He was used to it.
What he wasn’t used to was a hand threading itself through his hair, a warm body next to his, and a noisy room surrounding him.
Guard spaces were quiet, as peaceful as they could make them in the wake of everything that happens to them on Coruscant, but little to no noise because they couldn’t risk being found.

With a flap of her hand she summed herself up: barren face, desert eyes, and yellowing heart. "I wish you had never come. Why did you come now?" The tears began to slide down the sides of her nose.
Vaguely fitting for spooky October, but it's...really not that scary.

Something was wrong here.
The closer they got to the barracks the more Guards they saw, and the more they saw in various states of not okay. There was a pair where one Corrie was held up by their partner and only managing one step out of every five. There was a trio that kept one squished between the other two, shaking like a leaf the entire time. A group of five staggering more than a single solider too deep in their cups. A singular Corrie walking a death walk as if going any faster would end the world.
Something was wrong here.
