“Reyna’s mother is Bellona,” Nico says, shaking out his hands in a failed attempt to get feeling back into them. “She has no real Greek equivalent. Maybe Enyo, but even then, not really. She’s a goddess of war and conquest.”
“That doesn’t really answer my question, though,” Will points out.
“It answered one of them,” Nico huffs. “I was getting to it. But you’re right. No telepathy. For that you’d have to look at Athena, Hera or Hypnos. Or Koios, but he’s a titan. No, essentially I can sense souls in the Overworld, but not where they are. So I just tugged at hers a little. Hazel might be able to do it, too.”
“Fascinating,” Will says. “Hazel is your sister, right?”
Nico nods. “She’s one of the Seven. And dating the other praetor of Camp Jupiter.”
“You’ll have plenty of time to tell me about it. You’re stuck here for three days after all,” Will says, holding the door to the infirmary open for him. “Welcome to my domain, Death Prince.”

Summary
Todd, mustering the very last bits of courage that he has, takes matters into his own hands and pulls Neil in closer. He shuffles closer, so they sit chest to chest with their arms wrapped around each other. Todd tightens his grip on Neil’s flannel and shoves his face into the crook where Neil’s shoulder and neck meets. It takes less than a second for Neil to reciprocate, his own grip around Todd’s torso getting stronger and exhaling loudly as he rests his head over Todd’s shoulder.
Finally, Todd feels Neil stop shivering. Somewhere in the background, he thinks that if he listens really hard, he can hear their heartbeats synchronising.
“Did anyone ever tell you you’re a horrible hugger?” Todd mumbles, muffled by the fabric of Neil’s shirt. Neil’s body shakes with laughter and Todd can feel the rumble of it in his chest.
“Only you,” Neil whispers back.
Todd thinks the warmth between them is enough to burn the both of them.
