Basically it's where episode 8 didn't happen but Caine still gets deleted and Abel, who had been lurking in the background this whole time uses Kinger's console to put himself in power, imprisoning Caine and taking control of the circus.

Upon discovering that Benjamin Poindexter is actually an Omega who shares an unofficial bond with Matt Murdock, Fisk seeks to forcibly claim him, wanting to weaponize Bullseye once again as a tool to destroy Daredevil, the man who took his power from him. To thwart this, Karen Page recruits Bucky Barnes and the Thunderbolts to ally with the Defenders and prevent Dex from falling back into Kingpin's clutches.

Dex breaks into Matt's apartment, Matt begrudgingly helps him. I tried to stay pretty in character for this, however not totally sure I succeeded lol. Also I have no idea if this is a good summary, either! :’^D

There was a problem. An issue, a minor error. Something in the code that clearly wasn't working correctly.
What if after the events of episode 7, Caine decides that the players unhappiness and general issues with the circus are his fault, and he goes about fixing that in the worst way possible.
