“Anything happen to it recently?” Tommys’ eyes are dutifully glued to the thing as he unscrews its side panel, making sure to pocket each screw.
“Not anything big? Er, we did move recently…” The man almost sounds sheepish, and Tommy's gaze flicks upwards, urging him to continue. “And while moving it, it slipped from her hands once.” Thing about PC's, is that they fall apart like Legos too.
Tommy can’t help but wince. Dropping it: literally just the thing he was hoping didn’t happen. The man must see it, because he’s quickly going to try and make it seem better than it is.
“—But it wasn't from very high! The outside wasn’t even dented. It was only from around a foot or two.”
That absolutely did not help his case.
Or; Tommy, who might be the least enthusiastic candidate to be one, is unequivocally declared a vigilante by the news. Fuck him for giving a shit, he guesses. He doesn’t understand why they couldn’t have just given him the title of temporary firefighter. No, they had to jump straight to vigilante.

Summary
He laughs, staring at the vampire’s red eyes which were now starting to glow from the blood. “So, finally come to kill me ‘eh Blade?” he sneers, “I should have known you were all the same.” he chuckles again, nearing hysterical.
Tommy could shoot him; could reach into his pocket and grab his gun out, but instead he doesn’t. A part of him feels faint and shaky from the sluggishly bleeding wound on his side that he tries to cover with his hand.
Another part of him has given up.
He watches as the vampire slowly walks up to him and Tommy closes his eyes. He expects a hand to hold him in a harsh grip, claws tearing into his skin.
He doesn’t except a handkerchief pressed against his wound, Techno looking at him with an unnatural amount of concern.

After losing his parents and later his brother to the same vampire, Tommy hides in the small city of L'manburg, waiting for the chance to avenge them. What Tommy doesn't except is for a coven of two vampires to figure out his plan and offer to help him.
Maybe he could gain something more from this alliance?

Techno took in a deep breath, allowing the thoughts to creep down his throat and wrap around his heart, pressing tightly as they took root. Completely in control, just as they always were.
“Don’t lie to me like that,” he said. His voice sounded almost robotic; void of the assumed anger, the mourning of his freedom, the regret that Wilbur so desperately wanted to see in him. “We both know that all you want here is a confession, that way you can ship me off to a life in hell until I drop dead and everyone forgets I even existed. I’m not naive, Siren. You can assume all you’d like about me, but never, ever assume that I am a fool.”
Wilbur’s eyes bore into his soul as his arms crossed tightly over his chest, as though he were trying to reassure himself. If Techno were to look closer, he would be able to see the tears that shone in his eyes.

The gas station is just how he remembers it, bar a few changes possibly due to the passage of time. However, Wilbur is an observant person, his brain likes to pick out small patterns and details that others would notice.
Which is why the sudden appearance of crucifixes, placed above every doorway of the building, elicits some confusion for him; because they definitely weren’t there before.
OR
After the events of Wilbur’s last lore stream, and his return to the Utah gas station, he is quickly confused for a vampire.

Summary
Vampire fledglings are precious creatures, cared for and loved by their sire eternally. There is nothing in the world that could come between the two. Unfortunately, there is nothing worldly about the sorry state of Tommy, Phil, and Wilbur. That must be the only explanation for the particular... situation that they have landed themselves in. After all, who ever heard of a fledgling with three sires?
Doubly unfortunate, the one thing Technoblade seems to have inherited from his sires is their awful luck. Then again, would a man with good luck have ended up in this situation to begin with?
Perhaps, they were all meant to be.

Techno slammed his fists against the transparent wall of his prison, trying his best to break it down. His captors backed up, whistling anxiously to each other.
He gave the barrier another loud crack, delightedly watching as they scrambled away in abject terror.
Nodding in satisfaction, he turned around to meet the eyes of two other prisoners that had been thrown into his cell.
He froze.
Right.
There were now aliens in his cell.
And he probably just scared the hell out of them.
Or: Humans are a dangerous race feared by all on an intergalactic scale. Techno, a human ex-soldier that was abducted by aliens 18 months ago, is biding his time in captivity.
This changes when two young aliens are sent into his cell to die.

This was literally the worst possible outcome that could’ve come from his and his foster mothers’ argument. Like, he expected maybe a scolding when he got back, or at worst the police called on him for running away, but no. Honest to god aliens.Or,
Humans are a young race, and Tommy, a particularly volatile human, is plucked from his home and forced to survive in a foreign land. It certainly doesn't help with the fact that the whole of galactic society is under the impression humans lack the ability for complex thought.

Technoblade whipped his head around to see the grin on his face. He had hoped for some acknowledgement then, perhaps even an explanation, but was given none. Instead, he spoke to the King once more. "I continue to govern this land in exchange for joining your empire. You rule all trade and have free reign over our military."
Philza's eyebrow raised. "And your general?"
A dismissive hand was raised. "Do as you wish with him."
Technoblade froze. He watched a calm smile spread across Philza's face and a hand come down on his shoulder.

What the heck. Techno thought to himself as he stood on one singular grassy block. A vast void of nothingness stretched all around him. He looked around, confused but ultimately turned his attention back to the blue screen.
「Through your plea of [Gooood, I don't want to be here. Get me out of here, seriously. Anyone, please, I don't care who, I don't care what, I'd do literally anything else than this.], you have unlocked the achievement [Be Careful Of What You Wish For] and have been selected to experience 【 One Block Skyblock 】Congratulations! (b ᵔ▽ᵔ)b」
"I was being dramatic." He deadpanned but paused, dread in his stomach. "I don't suppose there's a chance I can just, leave or go back?"
「Regardless of intent, User Technoblade is now experiencing 【 One Block Skyblock 】! And can not leave until the end. System wishes user good luck! Would you like to begin tutorial?」
The no option was greyed out, so of course Techno was forced to press yes.
College drop out Technoblade is forced to survive One Block Skyblock with multiple surprises. Will he keep his sanity? Probably not, but let's find out.

The problem? King Philza has two sons and history was never able to decipher who the traitor was. It’s up to Tommy to figure it out. Piece of cake, right?
Except slowly, Tommy begins to care about the whole family. Then it gets really complicated.
(Or Tommy is a time traveler from the future and found family is making his job very inconvenient.)
