A collection of moments after the action. Despite the battle being over, Tails and Knuckles still have a lot to learn about Earth— and themselves— and it just so happens a certain hedgehog friend of theirs is willing to help them out. Oh yeah, and Tom and Maddie have to make sure they don't go completely off the rails.
Tails knows his new echidna friend always dreamed of restoring his clan, and Tails himself never thought he'd have the opportunity for friends in the first place— so their new family is quite different from what they'd both been imagining a family to look like, but none of them would ever trade it for the world.
Even if it isn't "perfect," it's still theirs.
