Just like he’d looked him in the eye two years ago and said nothing happened at Thriller Bark.Zoro remembers everything, though. The way the cook rode him till neither of them could think. The way the omega trembled when the knot caught, buried deep inside that tight heat. How desperate Sanji's voice had sounded when he begged Zoro for it.
Now, Zoro should just walk away. But no matter how hard he tries, his body still craves the cook's touch, his heart bleeds with yearning, and his stupid alpha instinct have sunk its teeth into what he cannot have, uncaring about how much the omega doesn’t want him back.
Even though Sanji keeps coming back to his bed.
Or: Sanji comes back to Sabaody with a green-haired baby that "isn't Zoro's", but Zoro's so whipped he'd become the dad who stepped up in a heartbeat if the cook would just have him.

When he’s hacked up the last of the water in his lungs, Sanji pushes himself up on his palms. Despite how exhausted he looks, his eyes are still wild when they latch onto Zoro’s face.
Sanji starts out, “The Merry—”
“Not here,” Zoro tells him. “There was a storm. Remember?”
“I was getting Chopper off the deck,” Sanji says slowly, frowning, like the mere act of recollection is giving him a headache. “I went over.” He looks up as he remembers: “You jumped in after me.”

After a storm washes them overboard, Zoro and Sanji get stranded on a strange island that changes by the day.

Summary
Sanji is forced to not open his restaurant for a day after the building next to his restaurant catches on fire. A firefighter is preventing him from working, and Sanji hates his guts hoping to never see that man again. Sanji begins to think the universe is against him when he’s forced to deal with his own emotions when he sees that same firefighter, especially after he gets to see the man’s face. Who knew looking at a face would cause almost everything Sanji prides himself on to jump off a cliff?
