Summary

Alexander contaba veintitrés años cuando salió de Egipto. Habían pasado cuatro años desde la ultima vez que estuvo en el reino, sabía que su misión no iba ni a la mitad. Envió una carta al rey para informarle que Egipto era suyo y que ahora marchaba rumbo a Asia para entregársela también. La respuesta le llegó por parte de uno de los asesores de su padre: era lo que se esperaba de él.
La excursión en Asia le llevó dos años, cuando tomaron Susa descubrieron que la princesa Lana Lang se encontraba en la ciudad. Era una visita planeada en su camino a Kriptonopolis donde contraería nupcias con el príncipe Kal-El.

Once on the stairs, the sounds emanating from Clark's room had Martha trembling. It was obvious that Lex was the one crying, while Clark roared like a beast and the businessman begged for him to stop.
"Oh my God."
The door was unlocked, Jonathan opened it on the first try. "Clark!" And he entered with the rock gleaming in front of him.
Clark roared, baring his teeth, Jonathan had never seen canines of that size on any other alpha, his heart leaped in his chest. He gripped the rock tightly and took another step forward. "Clark." He called again. The answer was the same, but the radiation from the meteor made him back away.

La puerta no tenía seguro, Jonathan la abrió al primer intento. “¡Clark!” y entró con la roca brillando por delante.
Clark rugió mostrándole los dientes, Jonathan no había visto caninos de ese tamaño en ningún otro alfa, el corazón le saltó en el pecho. Sujetó la roca con fuerza y dio otro paso al frente.
“Clark.” Volvió a llamarlo.
La respuesta fue la misma, pero la radiación del meteoro lo hizo retroceder. -
