Natsu’s weak and raw from the fight, but Lucy sustained burns trying to save from from the point of no return.
Without Wendy there to help out Natsu has to use his incredibly sparse medical knowledge to do what he can. The catch? Most of the burns are on her chest.
Of course, things escalate from there.

Summary
Fairy Tail is one of the Mobster families in Fiore, another big one being Heartfilia.
The Heartfilias have a deal with Fairy Tail, but they haven’t been paying. In retaliation, Fairy Tail kidnaps their one and only heir, Lucy Heartfilia. Laxus, the Don’s grandson, wants her killed. Natsu, his head capo, never wanting to disappoint the underboss, plans to go through with the order. That is until he sees who his target is.
Lucy saved Natsu’s life five years ago when a member of Raven Tail was chasing him down, ready to kill him. Lucy stepped in and was able to help him escape. Natsu can’t let his savior be killed, so he does something that is frowned upon in Fairy Tail. He talks to Gramps, the Don, personally. Gramps agrees and they come up with another plan.
Natsu and Lucy will be married. All of the money that the Heartfilias owe Fairy Tail will be paid and their families will join so that they don’t have to worry about the money again. Even though they met before, neither of them are sure about this marriage. They can be friends, but can they be more?
