And that is something that the Secretive Plotter… no, Yoo Joonghyuk intends to take full advantage of.
It is a split second decision to push the alpha Yoo Joonghyuk of this world into another timeline and take his place.
No, he cannot fully manifest himself yet, being who and what he is, but it is only a matter of time before he reclaims everything that is rightfully his.
The Secretive Plotter cuts into a final dimension and claims his happy ending.

Summary
To many, Camellia is a land of ice, snow, and magic.
To Kim Dokja, it is a land of dreams, time, and space.
He now understands the sudden change of weather and that shadow that helped him escape the storm as dark dream magic. He still does not know who or what that figure was, but he knows that it saved his life by crossing the boundaries of time and space to enter the world of his dreams and transmigrating him to the world of the Archduchy of Camellia.
And so, he understands that this is a dream world and he is asleep in the town of Arkala.
But this space is so lovely and the arms wrapped around him are warm and comforting— more than anything else in his life, and Kim Dokja doesn't want to wake up from this warm embrace.
A corner of his mind rears its head and whispers the obvious question to him.
'Whose embrace do you lay within?'
The rest of his mind, however, answers in turn before he closes his eyes again.
'It matters not. This is my home.'
Kim Dokja is swept into his favorite novel and seduced by his beloved protagonist in his dreams.

"Vampirism. You were bitten and you're contaminated."
So it seems.
"That said… it'll be easier for you if you—"
"No, I cannot do that."
He suspects what Kim Soleum is about to say and cannot allow that to happen.
"You can and you must. You don't have much time left."
Kim Soleum accentuates each word as he approaches.
"What if drinking your blood speeds up the corruption?"
"Even so, this method is better."
This blood grants him clarity, but also lowers his inhibitions, so when Kim Soleum makes the aforementioned suggestion, he proceeds… and for whatever reason, the blood is working.
And that is enough for Ryu Jaekwan to know that Kim Soleum made the right call.
"Thank you… and sorry for inconveniencing you like this, Agent Grapes."
"It is okay, Agent Bronze. We'll get ourselves and those civilians out soon."
If they escape the manor, everything should be settled.
All he must do is keep himself in check until they do so.
Ryu Jaekwan enters a Disaster with Kim Soleum and becomes corrupted.

"Looks like tonight's clean-up mission went out well, Joonghyuk-ah."
"Of course it did."
At that, Kim Dokja smirks, grabs Yoo Joonghyuk's hand, and pulls him over to join him.
"Care to join me for the rest of my shift?"
When Yoo Joonghyuk laces their fingers together quietly, Kim Dokja accepts the affirmative response.
There is still some time left before the regular morning lookout will arrive to take his place, and given how busy the settlement has been lately, with all the expeditions beyond the walls and renovations within, the peace and quiet that the late night hours provide are special.
It won't be long before the earliest hour of astronomical dawn arrives and breaks their warm little bubble, but for now, Kim Dokja leans his head on his partner's shoulder as they survey the world.
Kim Dokja ponders the apocalyptic world with Yoo Joonghyuk by his side.

Summary
It takes more than a few moments for Kim Dokja's brain to come back online.
When it does, all of his senses immediately hone in on the man who decided to kiss him for some unholy, glorious reason. Everything about this connection is unbelievably appealing and he wants to dive in for more, even after they break for air.
"What do you think you're doing, Joonghyuk-ah?"
The endearment slips from his lips before he realizes it.
"Answering your question."
Oh, that's smooth.
Way smoother than this bastard has any right being.
It's enough to have the corners of Kim Dokja's lips curl up in a smirk before he drags Yoo Joonghyuk back down to meet his lips again.
Is it the smartest thing to do? No.
But does Kim Dokja care about that? Also no.
Besides, it's not like he has anything better to do at the moment.
And maybe, just maybe, he's been thinking about doing this for a long time now.
Kim Dokja heads over to Yoo Sangah's place to work on a project and ends up involved with her roommate Yoo Joonghyuk instead.

Summary
The works in this series are set in a world based on Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint and a number of other works and influences, most prominently the Shin Megami Tensei series (Nocturne, IV/IV Final, and Soul Hackers), the webtoon "In The Deep" by Pache, and the cyberpunk genre at large.
This series centers around a university-aged Kim Dokja (an infusion of Kim Dokja with Most Ancient Dream) and a pro-gamer turned monster hunter Yoo Joonghyuk (mostly Secretive Plotter, though with traces of Yoo Joonghyuk throughout) who is a few years older than him.
