Summary
Offices are boring. Or that’s what John MacTavish had always thought, at least. Twenty-six years on the earth, and he’d managed to avoid the concept of a desk job until one fateful evening with his closest friend, his friend's boss and too many vodka cokes. Kyle Garrick had landed him the dream job he never thought he wanted.
The dream wasn’t really the work, though. More the hunk of a man in the office across from his, with a mysterious demeanour and masked face.
Bolts, Nuts & Papercuts is a story laced with daft British humour, too many trips to the pub, and a chance to follow along with two steamy office romances. Johnny and Simon, an unlikely duo who find they have a lot in common after Johnny goes through a rough breakup, and Price and Kyle, who navigate not only their boss and PA relationship, but the relationship with Price’s family from his former marriage.
But perhaps most importantly, this is a story about life. All the ups and downs, the parts that make us laugh, and cry, and all the emotions in-between.
Written by a disgruntled British office worker, I hope this silly, campy, maybe slightly over-the-top story brings you more joy than I get from the coffee machine at 08:00.

And through Garrick, came Johnny.You wouldn't be able to tell it, if you saw his shabby clothing, wrecked hairstyle and shit-eating grin, but Johnny MacTavish is a control freak. When he watched everything around him crumble and slip through his fingers, he tightened his fist around what little else was left.
Makes you wonder how a man like Johnny ever learns to loosen his grip.

This hunger was foreign, the biting, all consuming desire stuffing him full, until he’s fit to burst and he’s still not fed. Hunger in the way of saliva wetting his mask as he watches Soap’s grey tee cling and darken with his sweat. Losing count of his reps because the omega had decided just then to practice his downward dog form.
Hunger, so severe and absolute that he fears Soap will be able to feel a physical manifestation of it. The grave weight of his want.

So there Soap was, sitting in the cramped, white-walled room on an uncomfortably small, brown wooden chair. His fingers gripped the material of his pants, feeling another hot flash rush over him as he waited for his alpha match that would help him through his heat.
The slow creaking sound of the door being opened had his gaze snap to the entrance. His eyes widened, stomach dropping out from his ass as he took in the alpha stepping through the door frame. His massive bulk took up nearly the entire space. Dark brown eyes, dressed in all black, a familiar skull balaclava adorning his face.
