Summary
Éomer had mixed feelings when it came to love. He considered himself well beyond such things, cemented in the belief that romantic love was a novelty designed for young women and little girls, something that belonged in books because it made reality easier to contend with. He didn't doubt the possibility of love as a force; he simply doubted the extent of its reach.
