Summary
In the Healing Village lives Prince Izuku, the only son to King Toshinori and Queen Inko. Due to his omega status, the village must hold a trial for the right to be his mate (and the new king).

Summary
The longer he watched, the more his fingers itched to draw that pose of Katsuki. The one where he was mid-air, fire in his eyes as they focused on the target that was centimetres away, sweat dripping down his face as his arm raised to score a hoop like it was prey. This is what he wanted to draw, not Elks or stupid waterfalls. This. Something that screamed passion and high concentration, something that wouldn’t just look like a picture on a page. Something that was brought to life because of the overwhelming sense of urgency and determination.
Before he could think any further, the notebook and pencil were already in hand as he surrendered and gave in, sketching the first shapes. He didn’t care anymore, only about the drawing. Not his silly feelings or the food that was still laid next to him. Only the creativity that poured out of his fingers while the lead danced across the page, overflowing with something that had never been there before in all the times that he drew. Out of his muse.

Mitsuki exhaled, pushing her chair back and standing. The papers in her hand fluttered slightly as she paced the length of her office, heels clicking against the floor. “You’re a beta,” she said, scanning his file. “Good grades. Good university. Excellent references from previous employers.” Her tone was even. “But there are hundreds like you, Midoriya. Hundreds of betas who would kill to have their name on this file. So I’ll ask again: what makes you stand out?”

Izuku doesn't think that Katsuki sees him as anything more than a friend. Well, that is until he randomly starts hearing Katsuki's thoughts. And not a single fucking one of them is pure.
