"You don't know shit about being in here." The other woman shot back even fiercer this time, her words straight out dangerous.
To that comment, Caitlyn felt speechless for the first time, as though she had no professional reply to use anymore. She opened her mouth instinctively again, but quickly closed it back and rubbed her temples thoughtfully.
A charged tension filled the silence.
"Violet, I am going to win your trial. I promise you. But, there's only two things I am asking you to do." The blue haired woman broke the silence.
Vi didn't look surprised or even hopeful at her attorney's words. She heard this before. A shit ton of times. Yet... the assurance and confidence the woman said those words with made Vi's ears perk a tiny bit.

Violet Lanes looks like a lost cause. Everyone thinks she'll rot in prison. And even she does so. Until... a new attorney is assigned to her case... and suddenly? Vi feels hopeful again. Maybe she can really win the trial this time. And maybe... she can win a little more than just the trial...

So when one innocent question from a student turns into the horrifying realization that the entire campus already knows they’re married, Caitlyn is forced into a full-blown spiral while Vi finds the whole thing endlessly entertaining.

Summary
As Vi exits class, disappointed yet again, she glances over at many students walking past. Vi could feel her skin crawl. Were they staring at her? Did she have something on her face? Was her uniform creased? Was something wrong with her hair? Suddenly she feels a force in front of her. She snaps out of her daze, only to find some girl picking up papers from the floor.
VI instantly drops to her knees, helping pick up the papers. "I'm sorry, I'm really sorry" she mutters. She glances up at the girl and is met with dark blue eyes. She instantly glances away. Those were some drop dead gorgeous eyes.

Put Caitlyn and Vi in high school together, take some heavy inspiration from How I Met Your Mother and possibly any other romance movies I've read or watched, and add some HORRIBLE writing and you basically get this :)
