Summary
Katsuki and Izuku are only 14 when their small town is flattened by cultists. Tasked with survival and staying hidden from said cultists hunting them, the boys must learn to get along their new environment- and each other.
Bakugo forced his eyelids, crusted with blood and dirt, to crack open and survey the scene. A stifling orange glow enveloped the small town, thick black smoke choking the sky and blocking out any sunlight. Bakugo's ears were still ringing—part of him was thankful for that. Bodies were strewn about the ground, and whether there was screaming or silence he didn't want to know. He tested his strength again—his body refused to move, a wave of agony and exhaustion washing over him, undeniable but slightly better than a few moments ago.
