He looked at the back of Kabru's head, with its gorgeous curly, dark hair, and he decided that he would do whatever he had to in order to keep him by his side.
Laios inched just a bit closer. He wanted to at least catch a glimpse of Kabru's profile, his long eyelashes and soft, slightly parted lips, and the rest of his body, hands curled up on his chest, almost perfectly flat belly, legs bent at the knee, smooth skin covered in thick, dark hair. He had never seen anybody else who looked like this, and he could never get enough of the sight. Kabru was beautiful in an almost otherworldly way. Laios caught himself wondering how he would look in ten, twenty years.

Summary
Kabru has always struggled to take care of himself. He never felt there was time for sleep or a proper meal down in the dungeon, but his new position as the King's advisor shows him their importance. Laios is insistent he eats three well-rounded meals a day, though Kabru never excepted that to come with the added bonus of being hand fed by Laios himself. With their growing closeness, and Laios' caring nature weighing on his affection for him, Kabru is sure to embarrass himself somehow. Or maybe he'll get a feast great enough to last him a lifetime.

Laios puts some meat on Kabru's bones, then put some meat in him.

Oh, he was preparing to say something dreadful. Kabru braced himself. “Your smell is slightly different depending on the day. Things like that.”
Well, nothing could have possibly prepared him for that. Kabru fluttered his eyelashes and forced his involuntary grimace to twist into a smile. “Sorry? My smell?”
