Summary
Before they were the Sinclair-Addamses, Wednesday and Enid were college students. Wednesday, seeking to secure her long-awaited book deal, gets derailed by a tragic and mysterious cover-up at great personal cost. Meanwhile, Enid tries to find family in all the wrong places, at the risk of losing herself in the process.
What price would you pay for love and acceptance? Is that glowering, cryptic figure in the corner of the frat party OUR Wednesday? Will these two profoundly distracted students pass their exams amidst a campus murder mystery AND winter rush week?
OR
A long-awaited middle timeline fic in my series Wenclair Cinematic Universe (chronologically after Concentrate and Ask Again and before The Sisyphean Nightmare). Name and rating are subject to change!

Summary
Wednesday had been watching the girl from District 2 with singular intrigue since she had scrutinized her reaping ceremony from the sleek train car pumping her like plasma to the heart of Panem.
Something about the girl immediately caught her attention, although she hadn't yet ascertained what element had so fixated her; Wednesday had felt her lip curl as she watched the young woman shoot her manicured hand into the hair and volunteer from the front of the crowd, further off-put by the coy little glance she had shot the pack of adults standing in her periphery. Wednesday couldn't stand that particular brand of career smugness, where they batted their eyelashes and played darling to the people making bets on their lives.
But there was something about this girl that she found challenging to read. She was unsettled.
Unsettled, but mostly impressed.

Summary
Wednesday’s eye was beginning to twitch. She glared down at the letter on the desk in front of her, still vaguely accordioned from its postal transit. The dark haired woman didn’t even know where to start; her publishing house could, regrettably, make any manner of demands of her during the process, but to require that she engage with the vapid, brain-rotting void that was social media was a step too far. Much to Wednesday’s horror, it appeared she didn’t have much of a choice.
OR
Adult Wednesday is contractually obligated to participate in the marketing of her book, to her dismay. Luckily she is married to a werewolf with a communications degree and side-hustle in social media.

Summary
If Wednesday had learned anything in her last semester at Nevermore, it would undoubtably be that while she may not always be right, she was never wrong. In the rare moments when she did find herself not-right, she could recognize that it was because she had relied on intuition in the absence of evidence. This told her two things. First, that she could avoid humiliating inaccuracies by holding her cards closer to her chest. Second, that even when the red herrings, deception, and conspiracy of others disguised the truth (however temporarily) from her, her visions remained frighteningly accurate. Until one that left her puzzled, surprised, and shockingly, a little bit flustered.
OR Wednesday has a vision about Enid and rather than acknowledge her feelings, she assumes her powers must be misleading her.
