    Harry awakens in a tower in a dark land with a fair lord. He does not know how he got there. He does not remember that he wants to leave. Until he finds his cloak at the bottom of a wardrobe, and remembers who he is. Finding himself rescuing a group of captive elves, he makes his escape. But escaping the tower does not cut the ties between he and Sauron, and he finds himself torn between running from one love and giving in to another.

    Or, a tale of love and war and the troubles of true immortality, that starts in the time of the Last Alliance of Elves and Men, and ends after the War of the Ring. All chapters written and will be posted by the end of 2025. Dub con because of who Sauron is as a person; not explicit.

    The Mouse and The Fox.
    One of the best things I recently read. Original work! Not fanfiction. It's raw, it has depth - to its world, its characters. I love complex, grey characters. And well written char. development. Its world feels real, not mere shallow caricature. Author actually does not ignore their characters' past, no smoothing it over conveniently. I like that a lot.

    Skillfully written.
    (Holy shit this was so good. Not something you would expect from abo fic/work, hah.)
