Back in the day, when Vincent had first established Valentino as his "business" partner Alastor had assumed it was just another one of Vox's schemes. A power grab. And that Valentino would soon find Vox as irritating as he once did, what with how he followed him around like a desperate mutt. But nearly fifty years on, it seems his usual flawless intuition was wrong. But no matter.
That just makes things all the more thrilling for when he'll inevitably tear Vincent from the high horse he's been riding lately.
He continues further down the hall until he reaches an ajar door, muffled voices coming from inside. Oh? Curious, Alastor uses his feet as leverage to wheel himself over. He stops short outside of the crack where light is spilling out, narrowing his eyes and peering inside. Seemingly finding Vox and Valentino in the middle of a heated feud.
TLDR: Alastor roaming around Vee Tower after Vox kidnaps him in s2. He overhears Vox and Valentino arguing and decides to investigate. It's not eavesdropping if they left the door open, right?

The combination of Valentino’s honesty and the audible distress in the background seemed enough to engage Carmilla marginally more. After a beat, she sighed, longsuffering. “Bring him here.”

“Vox—Vox?!” Valentino growls softly and slams his fist against the wall, “Wake the fuck up you fucking asshole!”
Vox groans as his screen flickers on. He lets out a little tired breath, blinking up at Val.
“Un—fucking—believeable.” Val hisses at him and grabs his arm to drag him out of bed only for him to land on the floor when his legs don't catch up with him, “The only reason you got your stupid body back is to take care of our son while I work for the both of us and you can't even get up on time to do that.”
“Val—” Vox sighs, slowly grabbing at the mattress to pull himself up.
“You're so fucking pathetic—” Valentino throws his clothes onto his face, “Don't try to act all sorry for yourself now after you tried to kill all of us over that fucking deer?! You were going to kill our son Vox!”
