When the authorities came to capture Jane Doe for ability enhancers, instead of Jane giving herself up to protect her husband and son, William awakens an ability.
This sends ripples across the UNO verse the authorities begin project CRIPPLE, not all ends well however as Jane now no longer believes that low-mid tier are worth anything. This mentality is further exacerbated as John goes from a cripple to god tier.
Rules
1) Strict- William Doe/Jane Doe and John/Serpahina
2) Williams ability must be in range of 9.5-10.
3) NB arc happens, however since his siblings lead the roster, there is no ambush. John is famous in turf wars.
4) Siblings are more like William.
