The years go by and Nathalie watches as Emilie drifts away from Adrien. She can see how it hurts Adrien, but she can't do anything about it or she could lose her job. She is angry at Emilie and Gabriel for pushing Adrien away, making it her responsibility to take care of him. She loves him like her own son and if Emilie won't show Adrien that she cares for him then Nathalie will. She will do anything to get him the family he deserves even if that means becoming Mayura to give him a second chance at a loving family.
