Summary
Kaeya doesn’t have a concrete reference point for family. He has, at best, a vague idea of what it might mean to have someone scrub your dirty cheeks and nanny little scraped knees, to be shooed away from conversations you don’t understand into a warm embrace and an apron pressed to your face that smells of fresh-baked bread.
He’s never been brought home to anyone’s parents before.

Summary
Diluc isn't aware of what he's getting himself into, when he agrees to being Albedo's house mate. Mondstadt is a big city: how could he anticipate that Albedo was friends with the one person from his past that he didn't want to see again?
Between old wounds that never really healed and bridges that need to be repaired, Diluc finally faces his greatest enemy: his feelings towards Kaeya and his past.
And all of this wouldn't have happened if he only had asked for the name of Albedo's model.

"Itadori-sama," Megumi says, bowing deeper than he ever has in his entire life. Itadori is, after all, the oldest man on Earth; if anyone deserves respect, it's him. "I'm the sorcerer who'll be assisting you. My name is Sugisawa Megumi."
He lifts his head in time to see something pass over Itadori's face—a shadow of some kind, an infinitesimal twitch of muscle. "Megumi," he repeats, his voice a low murmur, and Megumi's surprised at how familiar it sounds coming from Itadori's mouth. "Huh. What an old fashioned name."
(Or: two hundred and sixty-six years after his death, Fushiguro Megumi is reborn. It takes a while before either he or Yuuji realise it.)

Sukuna expects it to feel strange, to have some kind of reservation with the fact that Uraume has come to mean something to him. He’s never had anything like that, never been human enough to care about anything other than himself, but, he figures, if he was ever going to care about anyone, it would’ve always been Uraume.
He’s not the affectionate type, never has been, probably never will be. He loathes even the thought of it, can’t really comprehend why humans are so obsessed with love and has never understood liking a living thing enough to become fond of it. But Uraume’s different, he knows they’re different, knows he wouldn’t have spent so long keeping them alive if he didn’t care about them being dead.
Or, a thousand years ago, Sukuna meets Uraume.
