    In the wake of Bruce's death and Damian's rise as Robin, Tim Drake is left alone and spiraling. With a new name and nothing left to lose, Tim is forced to turn to the only person who seems to be offering help- Ra's al Ghul, the Demon himself. Sure, Tim might have to make a few sacrifices, but isn't saving Batman worth it? But even a genius like Tim couldn't have predicted how far he would be willing to go when things start going wrong. Is there any way for the Bat Family to save their lost bird, or has has he fallen to far for them to reach?

    He’s pretty sure that’s when he reaches his breaking point. Everything that’s happened in the past however many days rushed into his brain like a shock of electricity. He feels his breath get shakier as he lowers himself down.

    A hand cards through the profoundly greasy hair and pulls him in. He’s a little lost in thought as this happens so he just goes with it. He feels a bit weightless, as though he’s in the bathtub, sight, sound, touch, taste, smell, all slightly out of reach. It’s a freefall.

    He’s falling.

    God knows when he’ll fucking land.

    Tim's parents faked their deaths and fled the country years ago, but neglected to take him with them. He spent some time on the streets, and now at 16, he makes a living as a fortune teller, stalking and hustling the shit out of Gotham's elite by telling them eerily accurate fortunes based on the information he gathers about them.
    His life is peculiar but he wouldn't change a thing. When he gets booked for the big Wayne Halloween party, however, he finds himself getting all tangled up with the Waynes, and the more fortunes he tells, the tighter the snare becomes.

    or: Tim just wanted to scam Gotham's elite, not end up on the Batfamily's watchlist. But it seems they just won't leave him alone..

    Beneath Gotham there is something. Anyone who spends time with their feet on the ground can tell you that much. At the surface level it's goons and scared street kids. Beneath them are the sewers, haunted by endless appetites and the scraping of hide against stone. Beneath that is glowing green, craving warmth of blood and rage, hunting for its host. And even further beneath that is something other.

    Above Gotham there is something. Anyone who spends time in the city can tell you that much. In the shadows of tall buildings or on outcrops of stone there was movement. Flashes of color or shadows taken form. Ever watchful eyes following the movement of the cities beating heart.

    Some feared what was above, some feared what was below. But for one... well one craved both.
