Summary
Krell, if possible, started to turn more red.
He pulled himself away from Obi-Wan, putting space in between them. The man’s jaw clenched and his left eye seemed to be starting to twitch.
“What I was saying, Kenobi,” he spat out through clenched teeth, “is that someone built a pond in the middle of our football field.”
Obi-Wan blinked. Then blinked again as his brain tried to comprehend what Krell was saying.
“Why?”

Summary
“Is there anyone you want?”
Luke laughed. “Really Ley? You’ve seen the type of sleemos that hang out at Imperial dinners and who slither around the palace. I don’t think I’ve met any aurek that interested me even a little bit.”
Leia squeezed his hand. “For all that I just said I would beat mom up if he picked wrong. I trust that he’ll find the right aurek for you. I know that he’s trying to do the right thing. As much as he sometimes comes across as a hypocrite, his heart is in it, and that’s what matters, okay?”
Luke nodded and sighed.
“Do you think it will be soon?”
“I don’t know.” She leaned back on the window again and sighed. “Would you like me to talk to him? He probably won’t give away too much, but he might be willing to share some. He might even tell me who it is, as long as he doesn’t think knowing will hurt you.”
“I don’t want to know,” Luke admitted with a sigh. “I think it’s easier not knowing.”
She nodded. “I’m still going to ask, for my peace of mind, but I’ll tell him you don’t want to know.”

Summary
”Fuck.” Luke says, aloud, and the only reason he doesn’t drop his mug is that he forgets how to move, his uneventful idyllic summer shattering before his very eyes.
“Fuck.” He says, again, under his breath. He thinks a long string of expletives directed at Leia, as he watches the man next door mow his lawn, shirtless.
Which, you know. Is fine. Technically. It's a free country afterall. He’s on his own property, not harming anyone, mowing at a reasonable hour. So Luke shouldn’t be bothered by this.
There’s juuuust the small fact that he’s the hottest guy Luke has ever seen in his entire sorry life. After a brutal few summers which included (but were not limited to) a workplace injury and a dramatic career pivot, Luke Skywalker is hoping for a nice, relaxing, boring summer.
He thinks he’s got it too, jumping at the chance to house sit for Leia in suburbia.
Her extremely handsome next door neighbour, however, throws a wrench in Luke’s plans.
Din Djarin, for his part, is far too occupied with his career and son to be lusting over yoga-doing next door neighbours.
Both of them do their best to resist.Bookmarked by DeathDove

Summary
You struggled to remember where you were, your thoughts slow and buzzing. The soldiers—they had said something about sedation, about how you weren't safe—but where were they?
It was dark outside, the shadowy forms of tall pines passing by too quickly for you to be able to focus. You tried to reach for the driver, a man with a cap pulled low over his face, the cab too dark to see his face.
A hand caught yours, circling around your wrist gently, carefully, the broad thumb dipping low to caress your gland.
"Hi, sweetheart."Bookmarked by DeathDove

Summary
In the Kingdom of Zerus, when the next in line to the throne reaches the age of twenty-five, the old tradition known as ‘the competition’ will begin. In this competition, different packs will fight each other through different challenges and the strongest pack of them all will bond with the next-in-line and share the throne. This way, the royal bloodline is kept fresh and the Kingdom of Zerus will be ruled by those who deserved it.
The last challenge in the Competition is between three packs, where they will compete by hunting the royal through the forest - first to catch them within 12 hours will win.“This has been a proud royal tradition for centuries, your highness; one that follows the duty of the throne and one that will continue with your own future children. It has kept your family tree strong for generations and your family’s reign long and prosperous. It was how your parents met, your grandparents and so on,” the elderly royal advisor explained, whose wrinkles became more prominent as he frowned at you from across the table, “this will not change merely because you don’t like it.”

Summary
"Part of Angel wished they would both forget he was there so maybe he wouldn’t have to watch the thinly veiled rage under layers of lust. But then, Vox was looking at him, not with hate, with… want, as if he’d forgotten his scripted resentments, falling prey to Val’s coaxing."
Or: Vox has always been indifferent to Angel, no matter Val's insistence, until he isn't.
