    Kaz is about to rip his coat out of Jesper’s hands entirely so he can chase the cheater down the block, when he finally notices…him.
    And oh,     fuck.
    Kaz stares at the man entering the shop through the doorway, looking slightly concerned about what’s going on.
    Kaz wants to bleed this man dry. That’s what this feeling is. He can tell that he’s got some disposable income — come on, he’s got a full sleeve of tattoos on his right arm, and a partial sleeve on his left, and something that goes up the side of his neck from — Kaz assumes — his back. That’s proof of lots of disposable income, because none of them look like stick-and-pokes.
    It has nothing to do with the fact that he’s objectively     hot. Jesper will say he’s hot at some point during this incoming interaction, that’s how objectively hot this man is. Kaz is not unique in thinking that this blond man with sprawling tattoos is devilishly handsome. He’s just not.

    Or,

    Kaz is posing as a florist for a heist. Nikolai is a tattoo artist across the street. Them meeting was not part of The Plan, but for some reason, Kaz can’t let it — or him — go.
