Summary
“You’re beautiful,” Ilya whispers into the sunlit room, trying to preserve the moment just a little longer.
The corners of Shane’s mouth quirk up, failing to hide his pleased smile, maybe he’s not even trying. Ilya lets his straining arm drop down, reaching for Shane’s face. He has to tilt his head awkwardly to avoid the sun from blinding him again.
He ghosts his fingertips across the freckles under Shane’s eye, back and forth, before slowly making his way onto the bridge of his nose. He slides his pointer finger down the slope and taps lightly against his nose, watching the way it scrunches up, freckles trying to go into hiding.
Everything about him is so beautiful it has something aching in Ilya’s chest.
He drops his finger further down into the dip of his cupid’s bow, gently pressing the pad into his lip. He traces the shape, top and bottom, and then dances his fingers along the seam. Shane’s lips part slightly around a soft exhale.

Shane didn’t know how long he lay there, nestled into a ball of warmth, but when he stretched out, releasing a satisfied groan, and opened his eyes, he was met with the face of his husband.
Startled, he sat up, hissing at the subtle pain from the plug. He looked toward the windows and noticed the sun had set. How long had he been asleep? Hesitantly, he looked back at Ilya.
Ilya was seated on the ground, back against the door, watching. He raised an eyebrow. “This is new,” he said.

“This is hard to talk about,” is all he says, though he knows it will amount to nothing.
Shane’s fingertips are feather-soft on his chest. “You have to.”
He has to, because Shane and Ilya have this thing, now, this agreement. Nothing is too hard to talk about. Nothing is off limits. They have to be bare, have to surrender the deepest crevice of their soul to one another. And Ilya, for whom this is easier said than done, whose chest carries a perpetual weight, an immovable mass, it’s all worth it – worth the relief smoothing over Shane’s features, the reassurance that he’s not worried anymore, that Ilya can give him this peace, albeit only a fragment of what Shane gives him by just being there when he wakes up. He would never say it, but he thinks that what he has to offer to Shane amounts to nothing – nothing compared to what Shane does, what Shane is, by simply nuzzling into his chest and sighing into his sleep, late at night when all Ilya can do is lay awake and just feel.
“I need more,” Ilya says. “And is nothing you can do. I need you inside me, and it feels terrible.” He swallows, with great difficulty. God. “I need to– I need to eat you.”

Ilya is stretching for practice when he sees him. A very cute boy with black hair, dressed in a red Harvard sweatshirt with khakis and Reeboks on his feet. He’s walking up the tunnel with Coach Wiebe, holding a giant stack of cones that will be used for their drills today. He’s got a flush on the apples of his cheeks. He’s not sure if it’s from the cold of the rink or something else, but he might be the most beautiful boy Ilya has ever seen.

Summary
Shane Hollander is working as a camboy. He enjoys the side job because he makes a decent living, likes exploring himself on camera, and loves performing in front of thousands of people. He's proud to be the top performer on the website and has the gold medal on his profile to prove it.
Everything was going well for Shane until he began noticing the one person who didn't hide his hatred for him. He couldn't ignore the weeks of annoyance as their clash in personalities led him to Rozanov and his own shows.
Rozanov was the only camboy who managed to overtake him as the top performer. Shane works hard to earn it back, and a rivalry forms between them as they both compete for the gold.
But as Shane becomes more fixated with beating Rozanov, their rivalry leads to them becoming more entangled in each other's lives in private.
