Gone was my soft bed and warm linens, replaced by a hard metal chair and rough bindings that dug into my wrists and ankles. My heart raced, and I fought to keep the rising panic at bay. My eyes were covered, and my head throbbed, but I was basically unharmed. It was cold and dank, and it smelled strongly of mould. A shiver ran the length of my body, goosebumps covered most of my exposed skin, and oh boy, my faded band t and boxer short combo left a lot of skin uncovered.

Becoming a teacher at UA High School was not my original career choice. But six months later, I was barely walking unaided, and the doctors had made it clear that my heroic days were numbered. My paid sick leave had ended, even though Yamashi had taken on more work to cover our joint bills. I was broke. There were only so many meals of cheap instant noodles I could face. With my minimal teaching experience, I applied mostly out of desperation. The interview invitation came as a pleasant surprise.
I'm not completely caught up, so I don't know if the story of how Aizawa becomes a teacher is completely told. But this is my head canon on what happened.

But he is also curious, has been since the first nopeaggedon, and this summoning spell the Winchester's found looks a little different than the other 12 he'd tried. Maybe sticking around could be fun, if just to laugh at Anna & Elsa over here when their summoning fails.
