Summary
Vox didn’t know exactly what Alastor’s deal was. When he had fallen down into Hell, he was glad that he was going to get a fresh start. No longer did he need to worry about his past life on Earth. He could put that all behind him and start fresh. He could finally be alone without anyone around bothering him. No one would touch him, use him, crave him.
Vox was done with all of that. He was just going to work in peace. All he wanted was for people to get good television. Why would he want anyone to know him?

Summary
Vincent’s producers tell him that, in order to summon a demon, he has to wear lingerie. Very quickly he finds out that his producers just wanted to humiliate him. Unfortunately for them, Vincent has brought his murder bag to the cabin in the middle of nowhere. They should’ve thought ahead! They certainly didn’t think ahead when Alastor shows up in the middle of the scuffle too.

When Alastor suggests hypnotizing Vincent, Vincent’s initial reaction is to laugh at how ridiculous the idea is. When he’s talked into the idea, Vincent still thinks it won’t work. His mind is too strong. Magic isn’t real. Hypnotism certainly isn’t a thing. Vincent stares at the pocket watch in front of him with full belief that he’s going to sit here for two minutes and then be done with it. All of the sudden—he’s waking up the next morning with perfect clarity on all of the embarrassing things he was made to do.

Who was immune to his silver tongue, his clever quips, his flashy smile or a flirtatious bat of his mismatched eyes? What happened when he took a risk that didn’t pay off?
When Vincent takes a spring break trip to New Orleans to celebrate his upcoming college graduation, he may just find the answer to that question where he least expects it.

Summary
Vincent Whittman was a charming young man in his 20’s. He was smart, confident, hard-working, came from an upper middle class family and most importantly handsome. He was practically lined up for success. But his life takes a turn one day, when he fails to get hired as the weatherman on a popular tv network.
In desperate need of a job, he applies for a temporary position at a local radio station. He never would have thought that he would meet his idol, Alastor, there. The Radio star grows smitten with Vincent rather quickly. What was supposed to be a temporary job turns rather permanent as Alastor seems determined to never let him leave.
