Since Dandy’s Ichor Operation began Glisten and Rodger have hardly had any time to dedicate to each other. Their days are filled with runs and an endless list of chores to keep the Gardenview building functional, and their nights are reserved for Rodger’s investigation into the Twisted phenomenon. They miss each other terribly, and their bodies can’t stand to be apart for too long.
Not that either of them can complain about that.

But the adrenaline coursing through his veins had him on a high, and instead of just backing off and leaving well enough alone, he got right up in the captain’s business and did the stupidest thing he could have done. But damn, if it wasn’t satisfying. He looked him right in the eye and spat directly on his face.
