    Summary

And Kaeya, sweet, annoying Kaeya, knew him just as well, too, because the next thing he said was: “When we’re older, and of marriageable age, let’s marry each other, Diluc. I don’t want to marry a Lady, I want to marry you. You’re my brother, my best friend, and I love you for both.”

Brothers not of blood, but in riches, perhaps. Kaeya was an anchor point of Diluc’s entire life, so it was only natural that his heart would follow. They were young, though, a little stupid. Diluc’s schooling instilled in him the importance of marriage and babies, things that he could not have with Kaeya at his side.

After being away from the Ton for years, Diluc comes back to take over his father’s estates, only to be reunited with the one reason he won’t settle down—Kaeya. Written for Zenith, a Kaeluc AU zine.

    Summary

“It is an adjustment,” admits Diluc. “I’ve been alone for a long time, even with Adelinde here.”

“It’s the three words, isn’t it?” Kaeya’s question isn’t accusatory, just curious. “I said those big words, and it threw everything off.”

“No, no, that isn’t—” Diluc hasn’t said them back. He’s been busy. They haven’t had time to share each other’s company.

Diluc wants to build a new life with Kaeya, only there's one problem: he still hasn't said the big 'I love you'. Written for Abyssal Blue, a Luckae High Seas Zine.

    Summary

It happens all too quickly—Kaeya moves to retrieve the lantern, but with his guard down and his sight yet to fully adjust to the shadows, his reflexes are slow, and he's unable to defend against the sudden grab of an unknown assailant. They grapple for a short time, but the attacker has strength and momentum on their side, and it isn't long before Kaeya finds his cheek pressed against the wall with both wrists behind his back, caught in a loop of chains.

"Good evening, Captain," murmurs a quiet voice in his ear that sounds unsettlingly familiar.

It's the fancy kind of sexy interrogation. (And then it's just a sexy kind of sexy.)

    Happy belated birthday, Kaeya!

    Summary

"Isn't it a little early in the day to be throwing out accusations?"

"It's too early in the day to be dealing with you at all, in my opinion."

    "Cold as always."

"I would offer you a coat, but it seems you have no need of one."

"Aha. I thought I caught your eyes wandering," says Kaeya, with a sly smile and a single arched brow.

It is truly too early in the day to be dealing with Kaeya Alberich.

It never snows in Mondstadt — until the day it does, and Kaeya (as always) shows up with a proposition.

    Summary

Sigewinne leads him through these partitions to what serves as a bedchamber, for there is a large, circular bed there covered by a froth of ivory bedsheets, and among them a man of palest white with hair like moonlight.

    Neuvillette. The water god.

“An offering,” she says, flicking her red-eyed gaze toward Wriothesley.

Wriothesley is offered as a sacrifice to the god of sea and moon, Neuvillette.
