Summary
Yagi Toshinori watched the green haired boy walk away after saving his friend and shook his head. While the boy's actions were heroic, he was just too reckless. He walked in the opposite direction, thinking about a time he could meet the candidate Sir Nighteye put forward.
Izuku Midoriya goes home and decides that, even if he can't be hero himself, he can still help them with his analysis. Cue Izuku catching the attention of multiple heroes who are a little more open-minded and willing to see the potential in a quirkless kid.

Pro Hero Deku is perfectly happy with his job as a limelight hero, even if it is a little...dissatisfying at times. He wasn't a fan of the merchandise deals, or the constant badgering from Marketing, or the celebrity status people kept trying to impose on him. But that doesn't mean that he should be an Underground Hero. Not at all. Anyone who suggests otherwise is lying. If only he stopped doing Underground Hero work.

Pro Hero Deku, Underground Hero Deku, Izuku has a crisis
Summary: Originally Izuku was climbing the hero rankings, but he hated reporters and merch. He started helping in the Underground Hero world, his rankings dropped, and eventually they heard his analysis and the police asked for his help. Finally he talks to Aizawa and All Might. Aizawa tells him that he pretty much described Eraserhead's career. All Might asked if he likes what he's doing and as long as he following his dream then he's proud of him. -
