Harry sees that playing the hero in his first year gets him dumped back at the dursleys with a pat on the back for literally murdering a man and decides fuck it I live like I want now. He goes to gringotts gets an inheritance test finds out he has a reluctant soulmate and that dumbledore is a prick. Shenanigans ensue. This is purely self indulgent and my first attempt at fanfic .

Put an end to the madness. It’d get the hint, or it would finally eat Stiles and be done with it.
That’s why Stiles was currently in the woods at night, armed with a flashlight and his dad’s pistol.
He cannot stress how much he’s regretting it.

Summary
Stiles is sixteen when he witnesses Peter after a kill. The alpha lets him go, on the condition that Stiles doesn't speak to anyone about what he saw that night. Stiles can do that, but he cannot forget the way the alpha's scent effected him, or the way his omega had wanted to submit to Peter.
One thing leads to another, and they mate after Stiles' first heat, disappearing from Beacon Hills to live their life. Years later, there's a knock on their door. The police have managed to track Peter down for murders, and they find the young omega, mated and married to the monster. Peter is arrested, leaving behind a devastated omega, who the police believes to be manipulated and abused years under Peter's care. They see older, more powerful alpha, and a young omega who's reported missing and just assume the worst. That works fine for Stiles, as they won't look too closely at him if they believe him to be victim.
Peter takes the fall and goes to prison, breaking the promise of a family he made to Stiles just weeks before his arrest. But Stiles finds a way, and Peter swears he won't watch from the prison as his child grows up.

Summary
By the time his fifth and final run arrives, he is done humiliating himself for a tradition that has only ever looked at him like a mistake waiting to happen. So instead of running beneath the full moon with the other omegas, Stiles hides in his favorite hollow tree with blankets, a flashlight, and a romance novel, fully intending to spend the night alone.
