Rapture, once bustling with splicers, now lay abandoned. The military seized the opportunity and constructed the Joint Military Base and Research Station "Atlantis" above.
Fast forward ten years and Admiral Comstock assumes command of the military sector. Determined to achieve results, he pushes for the resurrection of Plasmid research. The found-footage style captures the unfolding events firsthand.
