Summary
In a word where countries are ruled by royalty, Cassiopeia Warren is just another princess from one of many kingdoms. She’s mostly content with the way her life is going so far, but the universe seems to be determined to keep throwing curveballs her way.
When her family makes a trading pact with the faraway seaside kingdom of Salalis, she can’t help but start to think everything is going to go wrong. That on top of having a persistent suitor trying to win her over, the trading gala coming up soon, and her dragon egg almost ready to hatch, Princess Cassiopeia resigns herself to having a terrible time going forward.Princess Lillian just wants time to adjust to her new normal. It’s only been a year since her sisters death, and all of the new obligations and duties she has to deal with make her feel like she’s drowning at times. The last thing she wants to deal with is a stuck up princess from a kingdom halfway across the continent.

Summary
This series is a chronological collection of stories that fit into my Kingdom Tales universe. Some will take place before the main story, and other will happen after or expand on an unseen moment during it, which I will say in the notes. But I guess people can also infer that by just looking at the order lol.
All of them give more context and world building, and often depict things that have happened in the past. However, they don't exactly give a lot of explanation about who characters are because I assume you read the main story first. While you don’t need to read them in order, certain things might make more sense if you do (again possibly more after the main story).And it says complete, but I will still update it when I have a writing worm and want to add to the world in subtler way, so keep your eyes peeled if you want more!

Summary
This series is better for people who want to start with the main story before delving deeper into character pasts and small bits of worldbuilding. The stories are ordered in the way they were originally published. You can read them this way and still have a good understanding of events. But if you want a better understanding of the vague timeline I’ve created, I would recommend going over to the Chronological Order series and reading in that order.

Summary
Now, Yue Qingyuan won't pretend to be anything he is not. He is achingly aware of his own guilt complex and how he rarely, if ever, questions Xiao Jiu because of it. He wouldn't have been able to become Sect Leader if he was blind to his faults.
But it has been two weeks.
Two weeks of Xiao Jiu following him around, existing in his periphery, only slipping away for a few hours in the morning to teach his students. Even then he returns the moment the lessons are over, never lingering for longer than he needs to.
Presumably he went back to his Peak at night to change his clothes, but Yue Qingyuan has never seen him leave.
In which Shen Qingqiu gets a second chance, but is still allergic to talking it out. Instead, why shouldn't he plaster himself to Yue Qingyuan's side and refuse to leave?

In which Luo Binghe and Shen Qingqiu, upon reuniting in the middle of Jin Lan city's plague, are caught within a lover's curse before they can even share a word: by day, Shen Qingqiu is a beautiful crane with a deep fascination for Luo Binghe's curls; by night, Luo Binghe is the black wolf who trails after Shen Qingqiu like a shadow.
Somehow, this turns out to be a blessing in disguise.

Summary
Luo Binghe's efforts to pinpoint and travel to the 'nice' Shen Qingqiu's soul don't go according to plan, which is a slightly nicer way of saying that they fail miserably and only end up spitting him out in front of some unimpressive, irritating flower spirit that he'd apparently married a decade ago and promptly forgotten about. Oops.
Even worse, Luo Binghe is struck by a curse that forces him to share a telepathic bond with this little spirit until they learn how to get along. Double oops.
...Actually, doesn't this 'Shen Yuan' seem a bit familiar...?
