“Yes!” Clive’s impatience bled through his aura in an almost angry strip tease.
It wasn’t the request he had a problem with, it was the location. This would have been easier in his soul realm. But Clive insisted he wanted to gather data in the real world. Jason sighed as his clothes vanished in a plume of black mist.
Admiring his boyfriend, maybe husband someday, he grinned. Clive gave him an annoyed eyebrow and Jason finally summoned his starlight cloak. The fabric billowed out around him dramatically, then settled on his bare skin.
Clive’s eyes lit up. The scholar stepped up, slipping his long arms underneath the cloak, wrapping them around his waist.

Summary
Jason is trapped in a transformation zone with his greatest enemies on Earth. While taking a break before the last battle to decide their fates, Mr North proposes a way for Jason and him to relax, release some pent-up stress, show off a bit, and maybe just have some fun before the potential end of the world.

“This is a bad idea,” Jason said finally, disgust and longing at war in his voice.
Mr North looked into his eyes, a small smile on his lips, and far too close for comfort.
“Oh?” North said in his smooth, rich voice. “And here I thought that bad ideas were kind of your thing.”
Mr North had moved closer as he spoke until their noses were almost touching. Jason’s mouth twitched and he wasn’t sure if it was in holding back a smile or a grimace. Jason refused to break eye contact. He couldn’t seem to force himself into picking a course of action. He wanted to touch North, but didn’t know if it was to run his hands along his lithe body or wrap them around his throat. He wanted to move in closer, equally tempted to shove North away and to fit their bodies together.
