Drowning in liquor and guilt, he's starting to lose hope until Garth calls to offer him a strange case. Dean jumps at the chance to get out of the bunker and back on the road, even if it means leaving Sam behind. But what he finds, is so much more than he bargained for. While Dean is more than ready to atone for his mistakes and show a reluctant Castiel just how much he matters, the universe isn't going to make it that easy. Metatron's seen the future, and he's hellbent on changing it so that he finally comes out on top. Castiel and Dean will have to travel to the ends of the Earth, into the bowels of Hell, find their way through Purgatory, and take on Heaven itself to reverse the spell and save the world - again.

It was raining in London. The M25 was backed up. The Tube was late arriving to one station, and early arriving to another. Tourists took pictures at all the places that tourists enjoy taking pictures at.
Then, precisely at 5:32 pm, the clouds parted from above and the Heavenly Host descended from the sky, not just in London, but all over the world, and they spake as one:
Your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ has returned to Earth. Find him and heed his words, for Armageddon will come for You. You have four months to renounce Yourselves of Sin and accept the Goodness of God, or be cast aside when the Earth and Heaven become as One in Eternal Paradise
And with a faint bubble-like *pop*, they disappeared.

“Shop’s closed,” Crowley growled once more, smoldering. He snapped his fingers, fully intending on miracling the man out of the bookshop — but he merely smiled mildly at the demon, looking nonplussed.
“Oh, those don’t work on me, sorry,” he said, rather pleasantly. “It’s quite good to see you again, Crowley.”
Crowley stared at him.
It was only then he understood that he was staring at Him.
Crowley is perfectly - well, not happy, but perfectly fine - to spend his days in the bookshop, drinking and grieving and wishing things had gone differently.

Newt looked up from his work a final time, staring at Anthony in a manner that made him feel strangely exposed.
