      I understand that Inko isn’t abusive in canon, but we wrote this fic with the idea of Aizawa adopting Izuku in mind, so we made her worse than in canon for that purpose. This is how we chose to write the story, and we made sure to tag accordingly so that anyone reading this would be aware that Inko is not the same as she is in canon. The next chapter will seriously highlight how bad she is, in our fic, so if you don’t like abusive Inko, then I’d recommend avoiding the beginning of that chapter.

          I think that is for us to decide not you. Most dadzawa fics have abusive or neglectful inko in them.. Im not sure why your reading it if it bothers you so much.

          Please remember that we write this for fun, and to tell the story that we decided on. We are not being paid to write this. We will write this as we see fit, and if you don’t care for the character choices we make, then you can stop reading. There are plenty of others who enjoy this fic as is, and at this point, we’ve already written nearly 20 chapters, and we don’t plan on changing things unless there are plot holes.

          Dude....do you seriously not read any other fanfics with a cruel Inko?? There are many fanfics that have Inko abusing him for quirklessness, Hisashi leaving, or just anything in general to fit their storyline. And don't tell the authors what to do. It's not your place or book, if you don't like it, you can leave. But DO NOT criticise them for something they want to do.

          I've seen some very fucked up shit on this site, but you know what I do instead of saying people can't write it?

          I move on. I ignore it. Some people like it, and who am I to insult other's preferences?
