Life goes on after the bombing. With Maddie keeping everyone up to date with Buck's progress and attitude, Hen doesn't think much of not seeing him in person - Maddie says visitors are restricted for now anyway.
Well warned Buck may never return to firefighting, Hen moves on with her own life, fully expecting to have to fight Buck every step of the way.

With the settlement of their clan threatened by dark creatures that crawl out of the darkest crevices in the ocean, Peter's people could use all the help he can get. The warlike tribe of Octarian's that hold a territory near their own could be part of the answer... but Peter doubts the ability of his sister to actually secure the alliance without his help. Not when she considers Octarians to be so far below Merfolk that they may as well be true octopuses.
Peter held them in higher esteem than his sister, but he hadn't intended to mate with them. Not when he was happy on his own and enjoyed rejecting the candidates that Talia threw at him on a regular basis.

Derek and Scott witness as Stiles burst into the boiler room where deranged Boyd and Cora were being locked up after being freed from Deucalion. It took all of their werewolf efforts and help from the Argents to get them in there, and Stiles takes them out in moments with magic they didn't know he had.
Stiles ignores them and heads towards the back where the third heartbeat was coming from.
Derek saw it. He couldn't tell you exactly how, but he just knew it. Jennifer was another Kate. And Stiles? Stiles was her Derek. Naturally he takes it upon himself from stopping the tragedy that's bound to happen. He expected a lot. Annoyance, danger, magic, more annoyance, endless chatter...what he didn't expect was to fall for the spazzy human. Much less that Jennifer herself would also develop real feelings for the teen too.

Summary
Stiles was Pack, but Scott was his brother and Scott wanted nothing to do with being Pack. But werewolves are predators, they know how to be patient, how to stalk quietly and let their prey come to them. The fact that Scott was the one that finally drove Stiles away completely and directly into their waiting arms was just icing on the cake.

“What’s unanimous?” Malia asked as she stepped through the door and hugged Lydia. Aiden stepped around them and nodded at Stiles before embracing Jackson with one arm.
“Aiden’s hot,” Jackson said with a wink before looking him up and down.
Malia stepped between them and swatted Jackson’s chest. “You can’t have both twins, Jack. The straight one’s mine.”
“The straight one was mine first,” Lydia remarked with a smirk as she took her turn embracing Aiden and kissing his cheek.
“Don’t worry there’s enough of me to go around,” Aiden said.
Stiles opened his mouth to make a lewd remark but stopped. He wasn’t out to Aiden and Malia.
“Hey man.” He held out his fist for Aiden to bump.
“Hey bud.” Aiden tapped Stiles’ knuckles. “How’s it feel to be the only person in the room not attracted to me?”
Stiles avoided answering by hugging his ex-girlfriend.
Malia kissed Stiles’ cheek and smiled pleasantly. “He has a huge cock.”
