Ego decided to give the blue lock boys a month off the program for summer to let them relax from the intense training since he insists “Overworking leads to over-mistakes”.
During this month, the boys hadn’t really hanged out much, so Chigiri decided to host a movie night at his place, which, looking back, was not a very smart decision, considering that after the NEL, most of the boys were traumatized.
Chigiri decided to call his closest friends: Kunigami, Isagi, Bachira, and Reo. He would invite Nagi too, but after everything that happened between him and the purple haired boy he ended up not. Just to ensure the vibe wouldn’t be awkward or uncomfortable with Nagi and Reo together.
Chigiri also made sure to tell everyone that they’ll meet up at 8:00 pm, but planned Kunigami to come two hours beforehand so they could spend more time alone together.
He thought since Kunigami is his best “friend” in Blue Lock it wouldn’t be a problem.
As expected, Kunigami made it there first, ringing the doorbell and standing at the front door. Chigiri impatiently opened it and faced his gorgeous and muscular… friend. The red-haired male’s face lit up immediately.
“Kunigami, come in!” Chigiri greeted the other boy with excitement.
“Hi.” Kunigami replied nonchalantly, not reflecting Chigiri’s feelings in the slightest.
Chigiri knew that Kunigami was in some kind of weird emo phase, but still felt a little hurt.
“So… where is everyone?” Kunigami wondered with a somewhat confused tone.
Chigiri tensed up. “Well… I actually told you to come a little earlier so we could chat more… together.” He replied embarrassed, regretting assuming that Kunigami would even want to talk with him.
“Cool.” Kunigami mumbled and settled himself on the couch of Chigiri’s living room. “You don’t mind, right?” He asked, pointing at the place he was sitting.
“No, no, make yourself comfortable.” Chigiri reassured Kunigami and then joined him, by sitting next to him.
The air felt tense and Chigiri was still feeling stupid for his prior decision.
“If you are hungry I could maybe bring some snacks from the kitchen?” Chigiri proposed trying to lighten the atmosphere.
“I don’t care” Kunigami answered.
“Well, okay. I’m going to get some chips, and eat if you want.” Chigiri said, since himself was hungry. Kunigami just nodded.
Chigiri walked to the kitchen, grabbed a random chip bag, feeling kind of disappointed by how unemotional the other male was acting. It was like, he didn’t even care.
The redhead set the bag on the coffee table across the couch, before sitting again.
“So, did you do anything during break?” Chigiri spoke first, looking at Kunigami, who was staring at a completely random direction, not even acknowledging Chigiri.
“Training, spend time with my family and, that’s about it.” Kunigami replied.
“I wouldn’t expect anything else” Chigiri chuckled slightly and then a silence filled the room, a very awkward one.
“Why did you invite me earlier? Pointless surface-level conversations piss me off” Kunigami stated without thinking.
Chigiri was taken aback. I mean, he should have known, but he was too stubborn and thought that something would be different.
Kunigami clearly noticed the sudden shift in Chigiri’s expression and a guilt-like sense washed over him. “But, at least we are together.”.
Chigiri’s eyes widened and then, he finally spoke. “Kunigami… I-I kind of want to tell you something.”.
“What’s up?” Kunigami was caught a little off guard by the sudden announcement.
“The reason I called you so early… was because… I thought it would be the right moment… to tell you that- that-“ Chigiri took a deep breath avoiding eye contact.
“-I have feelings for you. I have had for a while and I just… wanted to get this off my chest. Its okay if you don’t feel the-“
Kunigami’s jaw was basically on the floor from the out of the blue confession. “W-wait stop.” Kunigami said, in an attempt to process everything.
Chigiri felt like an idiot from confessing so suddenly. “S-sorry just forget I said anything-“ Chigiri stated quickly. He was in a state of extreme panic.
“Just shut up” Kunigami tried to silence Chigiri again, but no success. The other boy just kept apologizing and saying nonsense.
“I know what I said was stupid can you please just-“. At that moment, Chigiri was cut off by Kunigami pouncing onto him and pushing his lips against his.
After a few moments of kissing Kunigami pulled back.
“I… like you too” he said with a deep voice and his face softened slightly.
The two boys stared at each other’s eyes for a while before going back to kissing again. Especially Chigiri, he was all over Kunigami his hand racing up his neck and spine. Kunigami had grabbed the others waist keeping him in place.
Chigiri then broke the kiss one more time to catch his breath.
“Wow, hero, I didn’t expect you to be such a good kisser” He teased with a grin and chuckled.
“Shut up, princess.” Kunigami replied. Nothing but hunger and desperation in his amber eyes.
“Make me.” Chigiri challenged with a devious look, making Kunigami go wild.
In an instant, Kunigami’s lips were reconnected with Chigiri’s, except the kiss was filled with much more force than earlier. As their tongues found their way into each other’s mouths, clothes were quickly discarded and things quickly escalated.
Kunigami’s lips moved lower and lower, and the room was soon filled with gasps and groans as the two of them melted into each other’s touch.
Losing themselves in rounds and rounds of making up for missed time, the movie night with their friends managed to slip their minds.
Then, when the doorbell rang as they were catching their breaths from their third round, both of their minds were filled with confusion because they were practically on their last brain cells at this point.
“Kuni, please go get the door,” Chigiri groaned, looking over his… boyfriend?, whose skin was covered with sweat.
“Huh? Why me? It’s your house,” Kunigami scoffed, not wanting to move.
Equally as determined to not move, Chigiri’s mind worked quickly to ensure that it wasn’t him going to answer the door. His pink swollen lips leaned in close to Kunigami’s ear with a soft smirk, “Yeah but I can’t move too much because someone destroyed my insides.”
Cheeks flushing slightly red as his ego was inflated, the ginger haired boy sighed as he sat up and swung his legs over the edge of the couch.
“You’re so annoying sometimes.” Kunigami rolled his eyes as he looked around for the boxers he tossed away.
Finally spotting them in the other side of the living room (How did it even get there?) the taller boy dragged himself over and put them on, glaring at his boyfriend who just sat on the couch just looking pretty.
“Are you just going to stay naked?” The ginger asked.
“I need to clean up, but you wouldn’t know since you are the one making me dirty. Just open the door and I’ll be back.” Chigiri jokingly complained, grabbed his clothes and went to the bathroom.
Kunigami then opened the door with nothing but his boxers, he was surprised, to say the least, when he saw Isagi, Bachira, and Reo.
“Uh… what are you guys doing here?” He asked.
The other boys looked traumatized, except Bachira.
Isagi broke the silence first “We are supposed to have a movie night you know.”.
Bachira giggled “I see you follow my footsteps.” He said with a bright smile.
“Please put some clothes on” Reo begged, while keeping his eyes shut with his hands.
Kunigami rolled his eyes and put some sweatpants he had threw on the floor and then his t-shirt.
“I am not even going to ask what happened” Reo announced.
“I think for our sake, it is better to stay clueless” Isagi continued.
“Can yall stop acting like immature bastards?” Kunigami asked, giving them a dirty look.
The next moment Chigiri, walked out of the bathroom. Walking towards the other boys was the definition of the “walk of shame”.
“H-hi guys…” Chigiri rubbed the back of his neck, which had red marks all over it.
“You freaks!” Reo accused them. “We are supposed to have a movie night not an orge.”. The next moment everyone busted out laughing, expect the victims of this whole situation.
“Can yall just shut your stupid mouths already? Especially you Reo. I have a lot of stories with you and Nagi in the locker rooms after each match.”.
Then the atmosphere switched and everyone expect Reo was laughing. He was filled with anger “Can you not mention him.” He looked ready to strangle that redhead.
Isagi, after finally composing himself, stated “Okay, okay, let’s relax guys and put the movie on.”.
“Aww man. And it was funny making fun of their relationships.” Bachira exclaimed.
Isagi just rolled his eyes and grinned. “Bachira stop being so rude.” Isagi accused him and poked his side.
“Hey!” Bachira laughed and they just started poking and tickling each other.
Reo was done being the only one alone, it drove him nuts. “CAN EVERYONE STOP ACTING LIKE CHILDREN AND JUST PUT THE FUCKASS MOVIE ALREADY?”.
The next moment everyone was silent before they just busted out laughing again.
“Someone is not over their ex” Chigiri stated in a single-like voice.
After some more back and forth arguing all the boys settled on the couch
After about ten minutes, everyone was settled. Snacks displayed, lights off, everything ready to get the movie started.
Of course, Kunigami’s and Chigiri’s moment didn’t end there. Since they didn’t get their opportunity to cuddle after they had finished, they decided to do so during the movie.
They also kept muttering things to each other and sneaking in kisses here and there, which annoyed Reo, who was unfortunately forced to sit next to them.
At some point, they were fully making out as the movie played and Reo finally reached his limit. “Oh my god can you guys please not make out right next to me?” Reo yelled, causing everyone to turn their heads to Kunigami and Chigiri who finally pulled away from each other.
“Yeah actually, those sounds are kind of disgusting.” Bachira added, though he didn’t seem as bothered by it.
Isagi shared an exhausted look as he just watched things unfold.
“Reo stop watching us, perv,” Kunigami replied, with a nonchalant face, that made Reo even more furious.
“Are you jealous, Reo? I can give you a kiss too, come here.” Chigiri joked, leaning towards Reo who just shoved him away immediately, sending everyone into giggles.
“Can you guys just shut up and watch the damn movie?” Reo snapped.
“Alright, alright, we’ll stop,” Chigiri sighed, all of them finally calming down after that. Well, for a few minutes at least.
