Regulus has always loved his older brother protecting him, reading to him, feeding him, and sleeping next to him after a rough day with Walburga. As they get older and Sirius presents as a beautiful, highly sought-after omega, Regulus realizes he needs to protect Sirius from their family and other suitors. By having himself be the one to feed Sirius while Sirius reads to him and to THEIR pups. Alpha Regulus claims his Omega bride in the ways of old to make sure the entire world knows that not only is he Lord Black, but that Sirius belongs to him and is under his protection. Horny murder husband-brothers let's everyone in the wizarding world know that nobody fucks with a Black.
