Summary
Oscar Piastri had moved 10,516 miles away from home to chase a dream, he wanted to own his own restaurant someday. He had a checklist, and he lived by it religiously—finish culinary school, work in a professional kitchen, learn everything there was to know about running a restaurant, and eventually open one of his own.
