Yesterday, February 4, 2015, at approximately 7:50 PM, an unusual ectoentity passed into EMA custody, assigned the subject number HG-001. Our main priority is on containment of this entity, however research into the circumstances of HG-001's existence could be beneficial to the Ectoentity Management Agency's understanding of ectoentities.
The board of directors has approved experimentation on subject HG-001, provided experiments do not conflict with containment measures. Please forward any research proposals to me for approval, once they are reviewed by yourself.
Relevant information is attached in the form of the field agents' report regarding the capture and identification of HG-001, as well as a video file of HG-001's capture, which I am sure will be intriguing to your researchers.
