Any frozen enemies who take Physical, Gun, or Fire damage are instantly unfrozen, have a 100% chance of taking critical damage and being knocked down or stunned. He can also hypnotize opponents which do the same thing, except instead of Physical, Gun, or Fire attacks, they instead get knocked down by Psychic, Wind, or Lightning skills.

After enough charges are used, she unleashes a stronger bonus attack. Once all charges are used up, Maki returns to the field and can be targeted until she uses the ability again. Namesake: In Japanese traditional beliefs and literature, onryō are a type of ghost believed to be capable of causing harm in the world of the living, injuring or killing enemies, or even causing natural disasters to exact vengeance to "redress" the wrongs it received while alive, then taking their spirits from their dying bodies. Onryō are often depicted as wronged women, who are traumatized, envious, disappointed, bitter, or just infuriated by what happened during life and exact revenge in death.

Korekiyo is a cultural anthropologist who studies customs, folklore, legends, songs, and traditions from around the world in order to better understand humanity and the origins of cultural practices. He approaches anthropology scientifically, believing that fieldwork and firsthand observation are essential because cultures constantly evolve over time. Highly knowledgeable about global myths and traditions, he has traveled extensively to research different societies and is especially fascinated by unexplained rituals and folklore. Despite his eerie demeanor, Korekiyo is also an engaging teacher and storyteller who enjoys sharing his knowledge and inspiring others to appreciate anthropology.

An 18th-century French nobleman, writer, and philosopher known for his extremely controversial novels and plays that explored themes of violence, sexuality, freedom, and moral transgression. Born Donatien Alphonse François de Sade in 1740, he spent many years imprisoned due to scandals involving abuse accusations and the explicit nature of his writings. His works, including Justine and 120 Days of Sodom, challenged religious, legal, and social norms so intensely that his name became the origin of the term "sadism," referring to pleasure derived from cruelty.

Tenko and her master developed a new style of Aikido named the Neo-Aikido. Different from the original teaching of Aikido, the Neo-Aikido that Tenko invented is more aggressive and has many offensive techniques. Tenko even believes that the only true way of training for Neo-Aikido is actual battle. However, in reality, Neo-Aikido was only invented in order to control Tenko's over-activity and anger issues when she was a child. Through the Neo-Aikido training, Tenko learned about mental fortitude through its moves. She is also able to read and understand her training partner's emotion.

A Japanese warrior from the late Edo period who became famous for her role in the 1868 Boshin War. Born into a samurai family in the Aizu domain, she was trained in martial arts and scholarship, particularly the use of the naginata, a pole weapon traditionally associated with female samurai. During the Battle of Aizu, she led a group of women fighters known as the Joshitai against imperial forces supporting the Meiji government. Nakano Takeko was killed in combat at the age of 21 after being shot in the chest, and according to tradition, she asked her sister to behead her so that her enemies could not take her head as a trophy. She later became a symbol of courage, loyalty, and the role of women warriors in Japanese history.
Persona Appearance: A feminine Japanese onna-musha in cyan and orange armor that covers most of its body. It has a Chinese hat on its head and an oni mask that covers its mouth. Playstyle: Tenko is predominantly a counter-attack character. She deals wind damage to any opponents who attack her during battle, and her Persona abilities allow her to both taunt enemies and enhance her counter ability and damage. Tenko also has the added bonus of preventing enemy ambushes, as she can counter attacks in the overworld as well if an enemy catches the team. Furthermore, despite being a Wind DPS, Tenko's attacks function like Physical moves, so she can crit and knock people down with them.

Gonta has been interested in insects since childhood. Because he was raised by animals in the forest, he can speak with them. His past accomplishments include identifying and cataloging insect species not yet known by humanity, strongly advancing his field of study. He had also developed cultivation methods, and once discovered a parasitic worm that was causing a disease, and was praised as a hero after saving many lives.
