007n7 paced around, the scene of c00lkidd and 007n7's last time playing with each other replayed in 07's mind.
How could he be so stupid to let his son go missing?
007n7 felt like he was the worst father in the world.
007n7 felt uneasy and hated himself. He never liked his appearance, his voice, what he sees and what he does. 007n7 couldn't take it anymore and wanted to kill himself. He dialled everyone he knew but it all went to voicemail. He finally decided to call his old friend he had hacked with, Noli.
Noli and 007n7 caused terror within the area they had terrorized. Exploding and setting fire to the local pizzeria, flying and clipping though areas regular robloxians couldn't, spawning in gears that make Noli and 07 unstoppable. Causing terrible incidents that made admins work overtime to fix. 007n7 and Noli were the greatest hacker duo in all of robloxia! Until a mysterious red baby had appeared in a carrier on 007n7's doorstep. 007n7 looked around and hadn't seen a parent in sight so 007n7 took matters into his own hands and raised the child whom is now known as 'c00lkidd'.
Things had gotten tense between Noli and 007n7 due to him retiring to take care of a random child. They both argued before Noli eventually left in rage. Clearly frustrated with 007n7's decision. 007n7 had took care of c00lkidd for 9 years. One day c00lkidd and 007n7 were playing a game of hide and seek. 007n7 was the seeker and played with c00lkidd, 007n7 was unaware this would be the last time they play with eachother.
Memories of 007n7 and c00lkid playing for the last time replayed and replayed and 07's head. Refusing to let of his lost son.
c00lkidd giggled as 007n7 closed his eyes and started counting down.
"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30!"
"Ready or not, here i come!"
007n7 shouted, letting his son know he was ready to look for his child.
007n7 searched around the house, looking for his child in a silly game of hide and seek.
Minutes had passed, 007n7 had this weird uneasy feeling about c00lkidd. 007n7 brushed it aside and kept looking. 007n7 had checked the kitchen, the bathroom, c00lkidd's room, his room and about most of the places c00lkidd would hide in.
007n7 sighed and forfeited since he couldn't find c00lkidd.
"Okay c00lkidd, you win this round! You can come out now!"
No response came back. The silence felt loud.
"Hello? C00lkidd!"
007n7 sweat nervously, 007n7 and c00lkidd played often and when he forfeited c00lkidd would come out.
007n7 felt nauseous and uneasy. His son would always be found or came out when 007n7 gave up on the search, but it seems this time is different.
Most of c00lkidd's spots were obvious due to his bright red skin but this time only the dull colours popped out.
Its almost like his son disappeared.
Ever since 007n7 always kept that moment in his mind. How could he let his son go off? It didn't make sense and yet, his son is gone.
007n7 decided to search around the perimeter, c00lkidd probably wouldn't had ran far.
After a few hours of searching, 007n7 finally went to the police to report his missing son. Yet he was still worried, beads of sweat dripping down his face.
The police tried their best to search for 007n7's bright playful child but has not been found.
Within a few days, missing posters went up of his child c00lkidd all around the area. Yet no one had seen the kid.
Now it has been nearly a month and no one had seem 007n7's precious child. The police called off the search due to lack of information, and now. 007n7 doesn't have the will to live with the guilt of losing his playful child.
007n7 sighed and dialled Noli's number, attempting to reach out to them so he could explain his current situation. 007n7 had a bit of doubt inside him due to his fight with Noli.
007n7 finally pressed the dial to call Noli. Wondering if Noli would even pick up his call after these past few years.
A familiar voice answered the call.
"Hello?"
007n7 felt tears fall down his face. He was scared about losing his son forever. What if he never sees c00lkidd again?
007n7 tried to calm his nerves and started speaking to the old partner in crime.
"H-hello? Noli are you there?"
"Oh. Hello 007n7, missed me?"
007n7 heard a bit of annoyance in Noli's voice.
"Um.. Its about my son. Can you please come over?"
Noli sighed, clearly annoyed with 007n7's presence
"hmmm, maybe later pal!"
The sound of the call ending seem loud in the quiet neighbourhood.
Tears fell down 007n7's face. How could he be so stupid to call Noli? Of course he wouldn't want to see 007n7 after all these years after their fight.
007n7 felt hopeless and waited for Noli. Attempting to prolong his sucidal thoughts.
Hours passed, waiting for Noli's arrival to tell them how he truly felt after c00lkidds disapearance. 007n7 gave up on Noli and felt tears spill his face.
Truthfully, 007n7 felt broken and lonely after c00lkidds disappearance. He had no more company, no more playful laughs. Now its just the silence that talks back.
007n7 walked over to the kitchen. Grabbing the a knife when to used to cut vegetables for c00lkidd even when he refused to eat it.
007n7 decided today's the night he ends it all.
007n7 doesn't want this and part of him still believes Noli will come back for him but it has been far too long and he hasn't seen Noli.
007n7 walked up the creeky stairs and into c00lkidd's bedroom where it felt like his presence still lingered. 007n7's tears fell down his face silently
007n7 spoke, voice clearly shaky and uncertain.
"Im sorry for leaving you c00lkidd."
007n7 stared at the knife. Is this really what he wanted to do? What if c00lkidd comes back? What if Noli comes? It was far too late. 007n7 felt scared but he also felt like he deserved this. 007n7 took a deep breath and prepared for the worst.
007n7 pieced the knife in a non vital area. He wished himself a slow death because he wanted to pain to wash away the pain of the loss of c00lkidd
Suddenly the front door creaked and a voice came along.
"Alright 07, what do you want?"
A familiar voice echoed though the small home where silence lingered.
007n7 flinched at the sudden noise, looking at the blood pooling around his shirt and floor.
" alright bud, lets have a chat! its been a while XD"
He heard the creaking of the the wooden stairs in the quiet house.
"Where you at 07? Havent seen you in a while!"
Doors opened and closed until the familiar face walked in to c00lkidd's room.
"07?."
Noli looked shocked, as if he didn't know what to do. 007n7's low voice then spoke.
"Im sorry for being a bad partner Noli."
Noli's breath quickened in fear.
Noli immediately ran to 07 side, tears rolling down his face.
"Why.. Why would you do this?."
Noli rubbed their eyes and shook 007n7.
"Why.. Why?!?. "
007n7 watched Noli frantically panic as he realized it was too late.
"This was for the best of us."
007n7 had said with a tear dripping on the right side of his face.
Blood continued to rapidly pool out of 007n7's body on to the floor near c00lkidd's old bed.
Noli's tears kept streaming down their face, Noli didn't like 007n7 but thought that 07 didn't deserve this.
007n7 spoke his final words to Noli.
"Im sorry Noli."
007n7's eyes slowly shut, leading 007n7 into his eternal sleep.
