Summary
Gi-hun works for One Line banking in Busan, a company in partnership with Pool Investmemts run by none other than Director Hwang In-ho. When Gi-hun finally experiences a stroke of luck, he’s employed on a contract. Get in, earn some money, and get out, he thinks.
If only they both knew what was coming their way, and just how far they’d go.

A moment passed, “I’m glad I’m here with you” Gi-hun confessed then cleared his throat, “I - I mean with this job, this firm, the team we have”. In-ho nodded and Gi-hun stared at his lips that were increasingly growing into a smile. He wished the man could smile more; it was such a pleasure to see.
In-ho nodded, “I’m glad, too”. Then, like the perfect set-up for a K-drama, the radio played a slow ballad love song with lyrics that rang far too loudly in their silence.
I wish I could say all that I felt,
don’t want to waste a moment with you.
Stolen glances, missing chances,
I look into your eyes and know you feel it too. -
