Summary:

Set after Weak Hero: Class 2, Su-ho has finally woken up. But as he returns to a world that moved on without him, nothing feels quite the same. Si-eun, Hu-min, Hyun-tak, and Jun-tae are still reeling from the emotional scars left by the Union's downfall-each carrying guilt, grief, and silent burdens.

Now at Eunjang High School, Su-ho must navigate unfamiliar dynamics, shifting loyalties, and a best friend who seems farther away than ever. As the five boys try to rebuild, the pressure of school, fractured families, and unresolved feelings threaten to pull them apart. And lurking beneath the surface of their fragile peace, something darker may still be waiting.

Can Su-ho and Si-eun find their way back to each other-and to themselves-before it's too late?

Slow burn of Si-eun and Su-ho navigating their feelings for each other!! Other characters all also navigating feelings of the aftermath of season 2 of weak hero! Return of Geum Sung-Jae and attempts at restarting the union!

Chapter 1: Background Information

Hi hi! Just a few author's notes!

I have tried to write this piece in a Korean style, but not in Korean. So whenever I'm saying "Yah" that usually translates to "Hey" and whenever i say "-ah" after a name (Ex:  Si-eun-ah) that's just a Korean vernacular used when talking to a certain person. 

The boys also refer to each other with little nick names: 

Bak Hu Min = Baku

Go Hyun Tak = GoTak

Some background information from the show. 

Su-ho and Si-eun went to the same high school, but Si-eun, Su-ho were victims of intense bullying. Su-ho was beaten so badly that he was put into a coma. Su-ho is essentially a young MMA fighter, always ready to fight. Si-eun is a decent fighter who can defend is ground when necessary. He primarily uses his surroundings and his enemies weaknesses to fight. 

The final attack on Su-ho was coordinated by one of their previous mutual friends, Oh Beom Seok, who betrayed them. 

 Afterwards, once Su-ho was bed ridden, Si-eun attacked everyone as revenge. He was then banned from most schools in Seoul and send to Eunjang high school where he meets Seo Jun Tae, Go Hyun Tak, and Bak Hu Min. 

Si-eun finds out that Eunjang is about to be inducted into a huge gang network that uses kids to steal for them then pockets the profit. 

Si-eun and his friends together fight against corrupt police officials, high school gang members, and are victorious! 

The high school leader of the gang net work used to be best friends with Bak Hu Min, the aftermath of the big fight at the end of the season unfortunately results in the death of Na Baek Jin - high school gang leader - leaving all of the boys slightly heartbroken and riddled with guilt. However, happy with the freedom of their school they are relieved to be able to move on with their lives. 

Also at the end of the season Su-ho wakes up!!
