Yosuke’s fists slammed against the table outside of Souzai Daigaku— the steak croquettes wobbling in the process as Chie frantically dove forward to protect her own food. She stared at him with squinted eyes, annoyance and frustration seething out of her like blood from a gash. Holding her precious meat babies close to her chest, her mouth morphed into a deep scowl and gave a ‘hmph’ noise in refusal to answer Yosuke’s question.

Summary
Gallica’s first inclination is to be suspicious. The brake to Will’s engine, so to speak. He’s the one to run ragged over a lost toy as much as he is to raise his weapon in defense of a beggar; she’s the one to ensure that they escape with their lives and pockets halfway full for another day.
So when Will, of all people, tells her to “stay in my bag” and to “not leave until I say you can,” she is, very rightfully, doubtful. Betrayed, maybe. His ears are her ears; her eyes are his eyes; they combine to corroborate the information gained from the world around them.
Will’s got a secret. Gallica takes it upon herself to figure it out, not realizing that this secret also concerns another companion of theirs, and misinterprets just about everything to do with their relationship along the way.
