“Mom I’m here,” Felicity says as enters her mom’s house. She got two weeks off before start school and decided to spend with her mother.
“My baby is finally home!” yelled her mother running down the stairs with open arms to hug her daughter.
“So... how was the flight?” she asks super excited.
“Oh my god it was horrible, I hate that thing” she respond doing a little bit of a drama.
“Well why don’t you head’s up, take a shower and rest? Because tonight we are totally going out,” Donna says.
“Are you serious?” Felicity asks making puppy eyes.
“Yes I am” Donna says serious.
“Fine!” Felicity responds taping her foot in the ground pouting, but she is not mad, with all work that her mother have she knows this is the only way they can actually see each other.
LATER THAT NIGHT IN A CLUB IN VEGAS
“Okay baby I have to work, but you are going to have a lot of fun, without excuses, the drinks is on my count, let’s go” says Donna to her daughter dressed in a typical cocktail dress.
“You know I can’t drink right?” ask Felicity incredulous.
“Go dance then! I don’t know just do something!” says her mother losing her patience.
“Fine, love you mom!” she says kissing her mom cheeks.
“I love you too baby, now go and try having some fun. But please try to stay away from the cards game, we don’t want to repeat that right?”
“You are no fun!” she says laughing
“I’m serious Felicity you know that counting cards can put us in a lot of trouble”
“I know, I know, don’t worry” she kisses her mother cheek again and go in the bar’s direction.
“Hey Jake, how are you?” she greets the bartender, an old friend of her mother and her.
“Felicity? You here!” he says smiling looking at her “you look so beautiful”
“Thank you, Jake. So, you didn’t answer me how are you?”
“I’m good, thank you for asking, missing your company, so what can I get for you?”
“Only between us?” she asks smiling.
“Of course, my dear!” he smile back.
“I would love a glass of your best red wine, please!”
IN A HOTEL ROOM IN VEGAS
“C’mon man, we going to bring Vegas down tonight! Is not always that you open a fucking Gym and become a teacher, we really have to celebrate!” yelled Tommy to Oliver.
“I know right! I am so excited and we are single so nothing is holding us. I see this club in the way here so let’s going!” says Oliver heading to the door rushing Tommy who takes too much time to get ready.
3 HOUR LATER IN SOME CLUB
“Dammit man, we are already here like what, 2 hours? Has to have some girls,” says Tommy upset and drunk.
“Calm down okay! Let’s enjoy the place I’m going to head to the bar to get us another beer and you stay here.” Oliver says to his friend. He is a bit drunk too, but he knows how to hold his alcohol a lot better than Tommy.
Oliver makes his way to the bar and orders two more beers to one of the bartenders. It takes a while and he finally notices the blonde sitting by his side.
“Can I buy you a drink?” ask Oliver with all his charm.
"Actually I can't drink and I already have two glasses of wine" she responds eyeing him for the first time and let's says... She likes a lot!
"How so?" tease Oliver.
"Hmm well that guy there," she pointed to the bartender "Jake, is my friend so... Maybe I can buy you a drink?" she winks at him.
After that, Tommy is already forgotten.
"HA! I have so much money that would be ridiculous if I don't pay it for"
"How so?" she says laughing, repeating his words, then she become serious putting a hand in his shoulder "PLEASE tell me you don't actually go out there saying you have money? You know this is pretty dangerous don't you?"
"Is not ,if they already knew"
"What?" Felicity says confused.
"Hi! I'm Oliver Queen," he says with a big smile and grabbing her hand and giving a kiss in the top. Amused by her expression.
This leave Felicity way more confused. She never liked gossip news, so she´s probably the only one who doesn't know about the famous Oliver Queen.
"Okay Oliver Queen, I'm Meghan!" she eyed him for a second and then gives him a big smile.
“Nice to meet you, Meghan! So you actually don’t know who I am?”
“Should I?” she asks softly.
“No, of course not, it’s because most people knows me, and actually tries to take advantage of that”
“Well like I said, you shouldn’t go out there saying that you have money”
“That wouldn’t make a difference actually”
“Why?” she asks as Jake appears.
“ Can I get you something sir?” he ask, and look at Felicity asking her with his eyes if everything its okays, as he always did since she was a child and waited for her mother there, she nod at him with an smile.
“Yes please a scotch” he order changing his previous order, he doesn’t have any intention of going back at Tommy “and I want to pay for her orders”
“Oh no sir! She doesn’t have to pay” He say surprise.
“I know, maybe you can keep as tip, so be smart with how much you are going to charge” he winks at Jake.
“Thank you sir! I’ll be right back with your order”
“So Meghan lets prove to you that people actually knows me and that you are the first person I know that doesn’t”
“Okay…” she says a little long.
“Oh don’t take that in a bad way, I’m actually loving that, I feel like I can be myself”
“Alright let’s play then, how this is going to work?” she asks.
“Hmm” he accept his drink from Jake, taking sip as look around the room “well, you can choose anyone in this room” he says gesticulating with his hand that is holding his cup, pointing with one finger around the room.
“Okay, and?”
“Then we are going to approach this person, and make her say my name without introducing myself at her”
She looks at him with a big smile “I think that is going to be fun, let’s do it!”
“Okay choose you victim”
Felicity immediately spots her mother and decides to play. “Alright I choose that one” she says pointing at her mother.
“That gorgeous blond” he says winking at her.
“Yep!”
“Let’ go then!”
When they approach Donna she smiles at her daughter, but that smile it’s quickly changed for a surprised face when she notices who is with her daughter.
Felicity immediately introduce herself “Hi, I’m Meghan” she look at her mother trying to tell her not to ruin her disguise.
Good thing Donna it’s a smart woman “Nice to meet you Meghan” she gives a quick hug to her daughter then she turns herself at Oliver.
“Hi” Oliver says.
“Hello…” she tries to contain herself, but it doesn’t last long “ Oh my god it’s so nice to meet you Mr. Queen, or can I call you Oliver” she says giving him a long hug.
Oliver looks pretty happy, as he sees Felicity open mouth, by Donna’s shoulder.
“Do you know him?” Felicity asks her.
“Everyone knows him!” she smile at him “and god, of course you are even more beautiful in person”
“Thank you Donna”
“Okay lets go, it was nice meeting you Donna”
Oliver greets Donna one more time before going in the bar’s direction following Felicity.
“I definitely didn’t expect that” she smiles “so you must have some amazing stories, a lot of woman throwing themselves at you feet”
“Are you jealous” he smirks.
“Of those woman’s? Definitely not!”
They talk for a while about him, Felicity doesn’t think that she has much to say about her; in fact he is the one famous here.
“Okay let’s go dance” she says reaching his hands.
“I don’t dance!”
“What why not!” she says incredulous.
“I just don’t” he says.
“From what I heard about you family tonight, your mom definitely obligate you to take dance lessons at one point”
“You’re right!”
“So let’s go” she says doing jumping excited looking at him with puppy eyes.
“Fine! Let’s go” he takes her hand and pulls her to the dance floor, with her back to his front.
A slow but sexy music is playing, and they move synchronized imagining that is nobody in the room with them. Minutes, hours go by and she turns to him fitting her leg with his perfectly.
He places a hand in her hips, and the other in her neck, and their lips immediately meet, softly, she does not waste time in giving him entrance, their tongs start to fight, and after that everything is a blur.
