HPSC Mission Report:
Classification - Open
Location & Timestamp: 20:30 - 21:03. Nada Ward, Kobe.
Mission Status: SUCCESS - Primary Target, Daigorō Kuroishi, has been captured and transferred to a secure holding facility.
Personnel & Casualties:
Heroes Deployed: Endeavor, Eraserhead, Master Driller.
Hero Injuries: Endeavor and Master Driller sustained injuries requiring transfer to Central Hospital. Both are projected for full recovery within one (1) week. Eraserhead emerged unscathed.
Enemy Casualties: Seventeen (17) secondary suspects apprehended.
Fifteen (15) remain in police custody for interrogation.
Two (2) have been transferred directly to Kofu Medium Security Prison.
All sustained minor, treatable injuries.
Pre-Operation Intelligence:
Intelligence gathered via wiretaps and informant testimony indicated the presence of two (2) minors within the compound, identified as the biological children of Primary Target Daigorō Kuroishi. Neither minor was located during the operation, and no remains were recovered from the site. Current status: UNCONFIRMED.
Collateral Damage Assessment:
Master Driller's quirk usage during the compound breach induced minor, non-destructive seismic activity affecting residential sectors to the South. A discretionary fund of ¥500,000 has been allocated for emotional distress claims, available for one (1) calendar month. To date, no claims have been filed.
During engagement with the Primary Target, Endeavor's quirk initiated a conflagration that fully consumed the Kuroishi compound. Four (4) fire crews were deployed once the scene was secured. No civilian or suspect casualties were reported, and no human remains have been recovered from the site. In accordance with Proceeds of Crime legislation, no reparations are owed. A goodwill disbursement of ¥[REDACTED] has been issued to the Kobe municipal office.
Operational Timeline:
20:30 – Perimeter breach initiated.
20:42 – Master Driller confirms successful penetration of compound defences. Nine (9) suspects neutralised and restrained by joint effort with Eraserhead.
20:45 – Endeavor confirms visual and engagement with Primary Target.
20:50 – A significant and uncontrolled burst of flame obliterates the western wing. Evacuation protocols enacted for all non-essential personnel.
21:00 – Structural integrity of the main compound fails. Communications with Endeavor are lost. Eraserhead and Master Driller prepare for potential casualty recovery.
21:03 – Endeavor reestablishes comms. Confirms Primary Target is incapacitated. Mission is declared complete.
Outcome:
Primary Target, Daigorō Kuroishi, has been transferred to the Tartarus maximum-security detention facility to serve a life sentence without parole.
