After graduation, the public thought that the famous "1-A" class would split up, but like many unexpected things that happened to that class they were wrong.
The hero commission was on a fall with the misuse of conduct and the enslaved Hawks. With that many hero organizations were failing to cope without the commission's support, which prompted both the determined groups, the "Dekusquad" and the "Bakusquad", to start their own businesses. They lived up to the name for the following years to come.
