Can you keep a secret?

Summary:

Alex Quackity is an Omega whose only wish is to be a respected in a world designed for Alphas. Quackity hates all the damn Alphas in the world, that is until the most popular Alpha Wilbur approaches him to propose an offer that he will not be able to refuse ... to have a threesome with him and his brother Techno.

Could it be an elaborate plan on the part of both alphas to break Quackity's heart? Or maybe it will be something else?

Notes:

Chapter 1: Alex Quackity

Chapter Text

Nobody wanted him at the party, that was true. But it was also true that he couldn't care less. Quackity felt drunk and horny, but he would rather die than fuck one of the idiots in this place. What a bunch of stupid idiots. Quackity wished a meteorite would fall and crush them all. And well, here he was, the idiot who believed himself superior to the rest, but in the end, he was the biggest joke everyone laughed at.

Alex Quackity, the idiot who still wanted to fit in despite everything.

Sometimes pretending that he didn't care about what others thought of him was exhausting. But there were days like today when he escaped a bit from his social exile. Exile that only consisted of waking up and going to university and then returning to his house, not leaving until it was time to go to school again. And so on and on and on, day after day. It was a boring, exhausting circle, and he was sick of it.

He was so tired. He had no choice but to go to parties with his stupid classmates. And he had to pretend that he was not criticized by these jerks months ago. But fuck them all. He wouldn't end his social life just because half of the party still felt pity for him and because the other half was uncomfortable with his presence. He was bothered by theirs, and Quackity wasn't complaining. At least not out loud.

"Quackity! Are you listening to me?" George, his friend, complained.

George was probably the most attractive omega in the place. At least that's how others saw him. Quackity had always been his shadow, or maybe it was the other way around. It didn't matter. He wasn't exactly sure how they were friends in the first place when their personalities were so different.

But, who he was kidding? Of course, he knew why they were friends.

They were both the only omegas in class.

And it was kind of weird to be friends with him when it had always been difficult for them to tolerate each other.

For the first time in a while, Quackity turned to look at him, and he could see how upset he was. He also noticed that he was too dizzy to focus his vision correctly. Apparently, he had drunk more than he had initially thought.

"No, what the fuck did you say?" Quackity answered, voice rough.

If you have already been discovered in something, it is better to accept it than to try to deny the obvious. When you try to deny it, you just look stupid.

"You are boring," he said, glaring at him reproachfully.

"Life has changed, George," he managed to answer. He couldn't think of anything better to say. "You are the only one who has changed! Where is the Quackity who didn't care about anything?
Quackity snorted. Before he could answer, George got up from the couch. "I'm going for a beer."

Alex nodded without paying much attention. He still didn't know how George tolerated him when even sometimes he couldn't do it himself. But he was grateful that their friendship had stayed. He knows that he was his friend only because he felt guilty, and there were some days when he couldn't even tolerate seeing his face. But he was his only friend, and he was still by his side—better a fake friend than no friend at all.

He sat down to contemplate if it was a better idea to be bored at this stupid party or if it was better to be bored at home. If it was better to throw himself in front of a car or jump off a bridge. But for either of those things, he needed a couple of balls that he didn't have anymore. Also, Quackity would not go through the same thing twice. He learns from his mistakes. Sometimes he does.

And then.

And then. Quackitys's body started shaking, and he felt so hot when he saw them. It's as if suddenly deciding to come and get out of bed has been completely worth it. They made him feel like his entire existence was worth it. The hottest twins he has ever seen in his life, they were his forbidden and platonic crushes for as long as he could remember. Those he knew because it was impossible not to know them. They were so perfect that everyone knew of their existence.

They had been his biggest wet dream since the moment he first presented as an Omega. And from there, Quackity couldn't stop thinking about them. He would never admit it out loud, but Techno and Wilbur provoked the dirtiest and most desperate thoughts in him. When he thought of them, he could almost accept the fact that he was an Omega. Almost. He could accept it if it meant that he could be one of their bitches in heat. And yes, everyone could think he was a whore or a slut, but he just didn't care. They had always been so ... fucking perfect and Quackity was so done.

And now it was a fucking miracle that they were in the same place. Every day they were more beautiful and more perfect, and he ... well, he was drunk and hadn't fucked anyone in months. But it was so unfair. He'd rather die than have to sleep with assholes from his class. The twins were not like the idiots of his class, they were older than them, and they were about to graduate with the best grades of their generation.

He had always thought how easy it was for them. How they had had the perfect life since the moment they were born and first opened their eyes. They were attractive, they had amazing lives, they were talented and smart. And of course both of them were Alphas.

They were precisely what he would never be. Rich, strong, popular, and most important ... Alphas. He couldn't help feeling that life was grossly unfair.

But coming back to them, they were always the most popular boys, they were just the most popular of everything. And that's when Quackity realized. They never slept with Omegas younger than them, at least that's what the rumors said. There was even a rumor that they only had sex in threesomes, and they made you sign a confidentiality contract or some shit like that.

He wasn't entirely sure, but he knew that being with one of them was impossible. Much less both of them.

What a fucking surprise. It was obvious that he couldn't have anything good in his fucking life.

"Are you looking at the twins?" George asked, appearing out of nowhere and surprising him. Quackity had been staring at them like an idiot.

"Of course not! Why would I be looking at those fucking Alphas, huh?" Quackity said, looking away quickly, but he knew that once again, he had been caught in the act.

"I wouldn't be surprised. Everyone is crazy about them. Even you, Alex Quackity, you say that you hate all the Alphas. Still, you would be the first to get into their bed," he teased, and Quackity suddenly wanted to erase the smile from his face.

"Everyone is watching them, don't you see all those idiots sighing like idiots?" he defended himself. But he knew he had made a mistake when George smiled and fucking winked at him.

"So you admit that you were watching them?" he asked, laughing at him.

"Fuck you, George" he declared, knowing that he had lost the battle. Once again, the story of his life. George laughed but seeing his expression, he immediately fell silent. Well, at least "the look" still worked on him.

He wishes it had worked months ago when he had turned his back on him.

"Look, we can go and say hi to them. I think they already noticed that we are looking"

"Then fucking stop" Quackity exclaimed quickly. It was true the brothers were looking in their direction. He just laughed again, amused. "We are not going to talk to them. I still have dignity" he lied. They both knew that dignity was something that he didn't have anymore.

George didn't say anything, he just changed the subject, and Quackity thanked him internally. "Hey, the afterparty is at Karl's house. Wanna come?"

"No, I'm staying here. I'll leave later." "Are you sure?"

"Yes.

"Okay, send me a message when you get home and stop being a stalker," he screamed the last word, and if it weren't for the loud music of the place, he would have already murdered him.

"I love you too!" he yelled sarcastically as he left.

Quackity actually hated him, but he was his only friend. And since George was his only friend and he already left, now he was utterly alone. Not that bothered him. He got used to being alone. Five months. It's how long it took them to forget, the fucking bastards. Now people talked to him, kind of. At least they spoke to him and weren't avoiding him like they used to.

Everything in his life was fucked, and people were shit.

The semester was about to end, it was only two months away, but he was afraid of failing because he just couldn't concentrate. And the only thing he did this year was lost all of his friends and lose any hope that an omega could be respected. At least that's what he learned. And the fact that all the Alphas in the world were trash.

All the Alphas were trash? Fuck yes. But then Quackity saw them again out of the corner of his eye. Techno and Wilbur. He realized that even the trash has levels and categories. They were the kind of people who would be worth jumping off the cliff for, though not in the literal sense (he wouldn't do it again). He wasn't that desperate (maybe a little) but thinking about them reminded him of when he was 13 years old.

He would have no more social life at that time than he had at this moment, but he was a child with dreams and illusions like any other. Even though he always hated being an omega, he still fantasized that one of them would talk to him and fall in love with him. It was stupid, but for him, there was no difference between them. He thought that maybe one day he would run into one of them on the street, and they would talk. He used to dream about them, sometimes it was Techno, and sometimes it was Wilbur.

He was foolish back then, and very naive too. Quackity thought that even if he was an Omega, he still could do a lot of things. He thought he was capable. He thought he was worthy of something good. If he could turn back time, he definitely wouldn't have been through all the shit that he had to go through.

He visualized himself walking towards them, sitting next to them, asking them what they were doing at a boring party like this. Ask them if he would be enough for them to take him to their bed. If he was enough to spread his legs for them.

And yes, he would never do that. He had no dignity, it was true, but even if you don't have something, you can always pretend that you do. And Quackity was very drunk. No one could take him seriously in this state. He couldn't even bring himself seriously when he was still fantasizing about the same stupid things over and over like he was thirteen again.

God, nobody would ever take him seriously. He was a joke, a bad joke that everyone laughed at when he left the room. Quackity was sick of feeling like this. So paranoid, he knew people had stopped whispering about him, but he still felt like they still did. He still felt like everyone was watching him, and everyone was making fun of him.

Would his life always be like this? He wished he didn't care what others thought of him. He wished he could talk with both of them. Not because of the slightest possibility that they were attracted to him. He wanted to talk to them because, after so many years, he didn't know what their voices sounded like. He had always seen them at a distance, so far away.

Were they really that far away when they were just a few feet from him? Quackity got up from his seat. It was now or never.

He could only hope he didn't throw upon them. He didn't even know what he would say to them or why he was doing this in the first place. Before Quackity even took the first step, he saw her.

Her. Sally. Pretty, tall, and intelligent. Damn, she was everything he would never be. She hugged them and talked to them as if they were her closest friends or something else. But she was younger than them, fuck she was in Quackitys class. That meant it was a lie that they only fucked older people. Also, Sally was a beta and not an omega. They also wanted betas, but it was obvious what kind of people they wanted. Sally was just like them. Perfect and popular.

"Shit," Quackity muttered when he realized that once again, he was a fucking joke. He had no choice but to return home again. The place he should have never left.
